A bit far from the city center but really worth it!
The museum is very well made, learning supports are interesting and are also children friendly.
We took the ticket combination with the caves visits and were not disappointed at all by the adventure!

Very interesting and informative. We only had 2 hour's so we did not do the cave just toured the museum area with a guide.

Rich historic findings but I don't agree with their evolutionary concept of life in terms of the origin of the universe and life. It's flawed.

The most perfect place to visit with foreign guests ad you will see plenty animals.

The tour guide was excellent. He explained how the caves formed and how the oldest hominid fossils were found. We explored the cave going 60m deep. An excellent informative adventure.

What an experience! Great fun for kids & adults alike, whilst learning all about the origins of life. Fantastic interactive activities as well as an underground mini boat ride. So much more than I expected! This is an especially great place for school tours & tourists. My family & I had a wonderful time here. Combination tickets are available for a tour of the Sterkfontein Caves too.
