Ok the hotel is nice, but the staff could be much better. Room service is terrible. I m tired and have a sprained ankle but still at 11 PM I . was only directed to vending by the front desk.. I have on PJ s and only wanted a soft drink, but the staff refused to bring one. I was amazed. I didn t even have change for a machine. My room is hardly cheap and I couldn t believe even one employee couldn t be bothered to get a soft drink for me. I would have paid a huge tip, still no. I will never stay here again. I must have spent thousands here, but the staff can t be bothered to get a Sprite for me. One name was Tiffany and another was a man. They were so rude and indifferent

Loved this place. I travel often for work and medical reasons and this place is very nice. The lobby and rooms are richly decorated in the classic elegance that is famous throughout the south. After walking down to cafe du monde (3 min walk ) and seeing the typical Sunday morning breakfast line, we turned around and walked straight into the hotel restraunt. I got my beignets and enjoyed them very much.

You won't regret this stay!!

Me and my husband stay here every year. It's just no better place with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Special thanks to Mrs. K. Stewart office manager. We think the body follows the head and you are a great leader. We hope they appreciate the kindness and professionalism you bring to the establishment as much as we do. Keep up good work. See you guys next year.

The hotel was excellent!! It was centrally located and an easy access to many interesting sites, restaurants, etc. the stall were extremely friendly and helpful!! Couldn't have felt more like home!! Very friendly staff, royal interiors, clean rooms and lobby, lovely ballrooms - perfect for wedding parties(we saw one taking place). Even though it is right on Bourbon street, our room was perfectly located and we weren t disturbed by the crowd at all. Walking distance from Jackson Square, St. Louis Cathedral and French Market. Complimentary jazz in the bar every evening. Bar has amazing cocktails at decent price. We enjoyed our stay!

I was very sad to experience this hotel as a complete dissapointment. The location is great and the lobby is beautiful, but other than that, I haven't got anything nice to say. Our room was on one of the top floors, at the very end of a long hallway and right next to executive offices and staff elevator, so we heard doors and feet banging all day. The room it self was in big need of renovation: old and dirty carpet, broken closet door and worn down bathroom. Not to mention the smell that came from the pipes when using the shower. The cleaning was sporadic and someone from the staff took the liberty to dig around our stuff and help them selves with some cash. (This was compensated by the hotel management, so nothing bad about that) After this experience, it was hard to feel safe or welcome here, I was just looking forward to leaving.

Their bar and bar staff are absolutely amazing. The bar is ran by Ms. Cheryl Charming, a well-known mixologist, and she is amazing! The atmosphere is nice and classy, which is a great change from craziness of bourbon street. Definitely look forward to going back!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Staff professional and very nice. Great pool area, they have chairs and provide towels. Close walking distance to everything in French quarter. Would absolutely stay again.

Well located, friendly and professional reception (reception). Breakfast buffet very disappointing: service moderate, cleanliness moderate, unclean dishes, staff hopelessly overwhelmed.

If you want to be in the action of the cliche New Orleans experience, this is an amazing location. Rooms are excellent for the price, service vastly exceeds the hotel rating, and the access to the street experience is perfect. Low floor rooms will be loud, but you're on Bourbon Street, so what do you expect? Honestly, enjoyed staying here, and I was in town for work not fun.

We got married on Saturday in the St. Ann s Cottage and stayed in the Andrew Jackson Suite. It was such a magical weekend that would not have been possible without the Bourbon Orleans staff. Megan, our coordinator, was amazing. For 6 months prior up to the day of, she took extra time and care to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. All of the staff knew who we were all weekend and congratulated us whenever we saw them. The hotel itself is beautiful and in the heart of the French quarter. We couldn t have asked for anything better. Thank you so much Bourbon Orleans.

The best location in the quarter for safety and convenience. Nice swimming pool which stays open until 11PM. All staff were friendly and their customer service skills went above and beyond. Did have a couple of issues but highly recommend this hotel because two different staff members made sure my family was happy with the resolutions. Also they have entertainment and a bar on site. Heard it is locally owned and like I said it is obvious they aim to please. Attended a wedding and it was lovely and the food was good. Husband ordered breakfast via room service and he enjoyed it.

This hotel is famous for its paranormal activites, but I didn't experience anything of the sort. My stay here was iffy to say the least. I went to stay there with a few of my family members for Mardi Gras and the location of the hotel is where many people go to party, so if you don't sleep well with loud noises this is not the hotel for you. ALSO, while staying there the bed sheets were almost always dirty. I remember asking one of the staff for a new sheet and once they were done changing them we investigated the sheets just to find out that all they had done was flip the sheet over and make the bed again so it would appear to be "clean".

Fabulous rooms, outstanding service, and a fantastic jazz lounge made our stay memorable. We had our moms with us, and they loved it! I highly recommend the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. We'll be back!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. An amazing and frankly stunning setting right in the heart of the French Quarter. We fell in love with the staff and building. So much so that we're coming back for our anniversary! See you in a few weeks!

Beautiful construction in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans. The facade illuminated by gas lanterns. Wide and relaxed environments. Reception staff: pretty bad deal. A shame

Man, what a bar! Andrew was very attentive to all my needs...and Aimee....where to begin. Gorgeous, sweet, creative, fun....these two made my Bourbon Street experience 500% better....and that's after falling off of a mechanical bull at the swamp and breaking my finger

Staff was friendly and so helpful. We were allowed to store our bags even after we had checked out as guests. We were easily upgraded to a beautiful suite for very cheap. Really nice bar under the hotel with live music and welcoming feel. Would 100% recommend the Bourbon Orleans to out of town guests as it is in the middle of all the action. We will be returning.

#Excellent #hotel The staff are amazing. A lot of reviewers say that but they legitimately have the best #employees. Rooms are designed for that nawlins vibe. There s a bar conveniently placed near the lobby that leads to bourbon street. I m not big on #bourbon but the hotel itself and employees are golden. Ive stayed here 5-6 times and always go for the balcony suites. If you like the noise book the bourbon side. To express how great their staff are- I actually lost my wallet. The housekeeping manager on my floor level called me 3 days in a row until I answered to touch base with me. 5 Hands down.

Cool

Great location great staff in the restaurant, bar, valet, security and housekeeping. Front desk staff was very rude and non helpful. Other then that we loved it and our room was awesome with a balcony on Bourbon St. We will stay here again and see if the front desk help has an attitude change on our next stay. We would give it a 5 star if it was not for the 3 or 4 people that worked the front desk that were so rude during our 8 day stay. And the elevator key card reader having so many issues during our stay. Chass in the restaurant is an awesome server we enjoyed every morning. The housekeeping girls on the 3rd floor were amazing every morning! And the night security guard that looks like Snoop Dog from the West side of Chicago is a great guy with the best directions you could ask for!

Great accommodations, excellent location and exceptional staff! Sean P. was extremely helpful and super nice. Parking a bit high but that's expected for area. Will definitely be back again!

Overall we were dissatisfied with our stay. We splurged and rented the lovers suite which had a very poor layout. The bathroom and bedroom were both upstairs, which is where we spent most of our time. As a result we hardly used the downstairs portion of the room. Consequently, we felt like we were in a tiny upstairs hotel room.
The stairs in the suite smelled like mold.
Apparently, due to renovations there was no room service our entire stay, which was very annoying. The one time my wife went down stairs to get some coffee in the lobby the coffee dispenser was empty. For the price we paid, I believe around $1,600 for 2 nights I was expecting much more.

The location was good and that's all I can say that was good about the place.
