In the heart of Bourbon Street. Very comfortable place to stay. First class staff.

The hotel was excellent!! It was centrally located and an easy access to many interesting sites, restaurants, etc. the stall were extremely friendly and helpful!! Couldn't have felt more like home!! Being the first time in New Orleans, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel--highly recommended!!!!

Great location! The bar is wonderful too with a jazz band. Elevators are questionable.

Go your way. Very noisy, unfriendly staff and little to listen, a real factory. We had to harass them for a quieter room, they finally gave in after 2 hours of discussion. But no matter where the room is, you feel as though you are sleeping on the street. No discussion possible with the manager.

Great nostalgic hotel right off bourbon street..average size rooms for New Orleans, but they are quaint and the staff are very friendly

Great location, easy to walk into the "party" or stir away from it when youre with the kids. very nice pool and amnesties, the breakfast is nice, the service at the front desk was very nice and great advise for choosing room and where to go. the restaurant staff ... could be nicer. The hotel bar is great, nice live music and great drinks. try the margarita at the pool bar... the best i had..

Perfect location for me. Great service. Loved my room overlooking pool so able to call it a night with limited night time noise.

I used to really like this hotel as we have stayed there many times but they ruined it for me this last trip with their customer service.

Their valet LOST the keys to our car and when I went to speak to management about it I was told they d be in on Monday. Then on Monday when Checking out I asked to speak with manager and they said manager was not there and they d be in Tuesday but asked what they could help with.

I explained valet situation and was told it didn t really matter as valet was a separate company and they wouldn t do anything about it. Very shocking to me that the hotel won t be accountable for their vendors. Also shocking you pay $40 a day for parking and they lose keys. Very incompetent.

The valet company offered 4 drink coupons and said they would not charge us for their service. We were like no kidding because you didn t do your job. They also will supposedly pay for key to be replaced but yet to see that.

We had 4 rooms that weekend and spent thousands in their hotel and am surprised they couldn t find a manager to talk to me and that they weren t interested in making this right.

So never again Bourbon Orleans. We will take our business elsewhere since you have a problem taking care of a customer due to your (vendors) mistake.

Definitely staying here again. A lovely hotel, staff was wonderful and the location is perfect. We can not wait to go back.

Stayed 5 nights in this hotel at the 6 floor, the room was nice a little bit small, Very clean, nice swimming pool with temperature water. The staff was very helpful. Location is great!
The bar looked also nice were they play live jazz music in the night.

Great service for the wedding reception but the room we stayed was smelly and the bathroom was very poor the shower ran all over the floor we had to put. Towels on the bathroom floor to keep from,slipping.

Loved our stay at the Bourbon Orleans! Beautiful historic hotel with great service. Especially enjoyed the haunted tour given by the concierge
