As much as I liked the location I think it was over priced for service and size of the room. I understand the importance of location but this we were 2 and there wasn t enough space even for our luggage. The window opened to a dead end wall basically dingy feel. Soap in bathroom was poor quality. I am trying to think things I liked about the hotel except for location but I genuinely can t think of anything that was great or rather stands by its advantage of location on Bourbon Street. I have to say lady at the reception was just amazing.

I loved our stay at the Bourbon Orleans. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. They were so accommodating, holding our luggage before and after check in/out so we could enjoy our stay till the last minute. We were so close to the PARTY but it was not loud and we slept well. Will definitely return.

I stayed in the King suite, with an upstairs bed and a private balcony over Bourbon Street, and it was amazing. Pricey, yes, but if you want to splurge for one u forgettable night, this is a perfect room

I was there over the weekend with my husband and my kids (4 & 7 year old) Front desk was great, our room was ready before 4pm. I want to give a very special thanks to Mr. Oswald (bellman) He was FANTASTIC!!! not only was he so sweet and knowledgeable, He was GREAT with the kids, so sweet and remember theirs names and even the toy names lol. He told us about places to visit and a great grocery store just around the corner with EVERYTHING you may need. He made our trip just that much better. Thank you Mr Oswald for everything <3 <3 <3
The room had two beds, mini fridge, a safe, desk, the bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and a great round mirror with light. Plenty of room for all of us and we got it at a great rate from "hotels tonight" We stayed in a balcony right at the corner of St. Ann St & Bourbon. The balconies as far as I saw were all on St. Ann St, but still fantastic view. We stayed on the 5th floor it was considered a small balcony with 2 chairs and big enough for us.
The pool as heated and great, clean so nice. warmed towels and plenty of chairs.
The experience was great, noting to complain, there was construction a block away so the guys at the ballet parking said they may take longer to get our car, but they didn't at all.
When ever we go back to New Orleans, we will most definitely stay there again.

First time here and Phillip was our server. He was very courteous, polite and considerate. Kept us very informed about our food but also wasn't overbearing. The food and ambience was great only topped off by great service.

This is our second time starting at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. We loved the first time when we had a suite just off the pool. This time we had a 6th floor room and it wasn't quite as magical, but it was still really nice. The parking was quite expensive for my tastes, but it is a premium for being on the famous Bourbon Street.

I attended a conference at this hotel and the food that was catered each day was great. Everything else was decent to poor. The walls are so paper thin that one night I could very clearly hear the both sides of a conversation that my neighbor was having with his wife on speaker phone!!! Wifi bandwidth is so limited I couldnt get youtube videos to load. At one point during the conference, the presenter had to ask people to stop using the wifi so that he could download some of his presentation material. Last and probably least, there were less than 15 tv channels most of which were broadcast channels.

The hotel is located in a great area because it allows you to walk to places like the cafe du monde, loius armstrong park, Jackson square. Everything is a few minute walk including plenty of art galleries restaurants and jazz bars like preservation hall.

An absolutely fabulous hotel with the right amenities and very capable and nice staff. Clean rooms that even provide bottled water for its customers.

The only drawback is no on-site parking. You have to wait up to two hours to get your vehicle when you want to leave.

I write this as I sit in the lobby at the Bourbon St. Hotel. It's nice enough in the lobby. I got here around 12:15 PM; it's now 3:45 PM. When I checked in they told me it would be a little while before my room was ready. It happens. Okay. I went to lunch. Came back at 1:30. Not ready but others are now in line. They all have rooms apparently and they are giving out keys. Left again. Came back at 2:30. No good. Left again. Came back at 3:30. No good. Left again. It's almost 4. Paint your own picture.

The hotel is gorgeous! We stayed during the holidays, so it was decorated, but it looks great even without the Christmas decorations. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and there was plenty of space if the room to move around and keep our stuff. The staff there is super friendly and kind; they are also very helpful and give great recommendations about where to visit. The only downside is there is no parking so valet is a must. You'll need to call ahead at least 30 minutes before you plan on taking off.

We enjoyed our loft suite from the moment we arrived to jazz music playing on the radio in our room and throughout our stay. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Concierge John was great getting a tour booked for us and showing off his hotel during a historical ghost tour. Beautiful hotel.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Pool. Clean. All the good things that you say about hotels. The bar open up right on Bourbon street. Some balcony rooms over Bourbon available if you book early enough. Only issue (for us but we're the minority) no real vegan options on menus.

First time at this hotel and was not disappointed! Amazing location! We used valet parking....and walked everywhere in the French quarter. Beautiful lobby, great staff. Had a room on 6th floor Boubon St. side and didn't have a big problem with noise. Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the free drink coupon at their bar ...they had a great band! Loved it!

We have stayed here every year for the last 8 years and would not stay anywhere else. The location is perfect to go out on Bourbon or walk the Market. The staff always is a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is in the heart of the action in the French Quarter, making it easy to walk to many popular destinations. The hotel itself was very clean during our stay and the staff was kind and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

I'd rate more than five stars if I could! The entire staff, from Oswald helping with my bags as we checked in, to the many front desk staff that helped us (day, evening, and overnight), to John the concierge, to Rebecca who helped us with our overall experience, I've NEVER met a better, more capable, more helpful staff at a hotel...and I travel for a living!

It is a hotel from the 1800s that was impeccably maintained. Nowadays it works as a hotel, it has comfortable rooms, the service is very good. Excellent location in the French quarter.

Bourbon street is the best street to get drunk and have fun. There are so many bars and fun people around there, from all over the world. Just don't mind the smell, some streets smell worse than a used diaper

Maybe should be 5 stars for folks who stay - don't know. We attended wedding venue. Service, staff, facilities, even fetching a taxi at the sidewalk valet counter, everything was 1st class - very highly recommended. Wonderful visit!
