It has been two years but I'm eager to return. Anyone who has really experienced The French Quarter is extremely blessed--I know I am. The loft suite is just beautiful and who would complain about that balcony overlooking Bourbon Street? It was utterly relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. The hotel meals were exquisite and hotel staff (including the fantastic concierge!) were all very professional and friendly. The location can't be beat and I highly suggest the short walk to Cafe du Monde for coffee and beignets--even at 3 a.m. if you so choose! I did!

My husband and I have stayed at the Bourbon Orleans over 10 times in the last 14 years. Always a great time. The hotel is clean and quite. The employees are polite and helpful. Will stay again and again.

While I didn't stay at this hotel over night, I visited while on a haunted tour of New Orleans. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful and elegant; it's clear the hotel has a lot of history. The location is in walking distance of all the excitement New Orleans has to offer.

My favorite haunted hotel. Once St Mary's Catholic School for girls. Sisters of the Holy Family owned this beautiful building until the 1960's. Our Sacred Stories. We are educating through Storytelling

The hotel staff and amenities were excellent anything else for was delivered and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic experience in the heart of the French Quarter.

I'm giving it a 4 only because it's kinda far down Bourbon. The balcony rentals closer to canal are much funnier for mardi gras. Other than that it's perfect and the staff is great. The little bar by thr elevator was staffed by the nicest lady!

Decent priced room but smelled strongly of mildew throughout. Shower drain was slow so water collected at the bottom while you showered. Gentleman who stored our bags when we first arrived was so cool but the guy who brought them into the room when we got back from lunch was loud and pushy about getting a tip. The front staff was great. Not sure if we will return.

Gorgeous Hotel, Room, Pool area. Close to everything we wanted to do and streetcars. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Coffee, iced tea and water in the lobby were appreciated. Enjoyed the Jazz in the Bar.

Absolutely love the location. The service from the staff is amazing and the pool that they have, is to die for. I don't even know how to describe how I feel when I walk to the pool.I really dig their bar too!

Lovely accomodation, friendly staff, in the heart of the French Quarters and walking distance to all shops, restaurants and entertainment! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Would have given 5 stars...only drawback was the food at the hotel. But l only had one meal (breakfast). Other local options are much tastier for the price.

Nothing to write home about....great location and not much else. Coffee had something foreign in it and valet service was really bad (possibly poor planning for that day). Workers seemed very friendly but not helpful. Would stay again but not with frinds and surely not at high rates.

We stayed in this haunted hotel while down in NOLA for the 2017 NBA All Star Weekend, and were pleasantly surprised that you couldn t hear the craziness of Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras while you were trying to get some shut eye. We were welcomed with Kings Cake out on the check-in desk, and were granted free drink tickets for the bar. We didn t get to dine in the hotel s restaurant, but it never looked too busy. Luckily, no ghosts came out to disturb our stay!

The hotel was fantastic, wonderful and friendly staff and the hotel is a walking distance from everything in the French Quarter. Breakfast at Cafe Du Monde is a 5 minute walk, Jackson Square being a stone's throw away and the hotel bar has an exit door on Bourbon street. The hotel itself seemed very elegant and clean with room service ensuring fresh sheets and toiletries every night. On my final day the hotel was more than happy to hold on to my luggage after check out time so I could explore the city more without having to drag a suitcase around. The only thing I wish we had more of was light in the room, as the bedside lamps don't light the room very well at night since there is no main ceiling light. On my next trip to New Orleans Bourbon Orleans will be my first choice.

Great haunted history here. The bar was fine, connected to the main hotel. The dual staircases were authentic and my friend swears he had a spiritual scare in the bathroom. The lobby is very nice to chill and chat while you rest your feet. I recommend stopping in.

Wonderful hotel and extremely friendly staff! The location is prime in regards to location. Steps away from Bourbon Street yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. I will be sure to stay here again in the future and will reccomend this place to everyone I know!

I've stayed there several times before and it was great. On my last trip I had a travel problem unrelated to the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to see to me needs. I'll never stay anywhere else in NOLA!

The actual hotel is amazing... The restraunt is horrific the food is horrible and the service from the hotel staff is unbelievably bad. The customer service is terrible I would never stay here again.

I loved this hotel. It was close to EVERYTHING. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It was very quiet as well. We may have lucked out because bourbon street was right there. Everyone was very nice. We got a complimentary drink at the bar there.

We had a great time with the balcony right on bourbon Street. After you book your room you will get emails asking if you are interested in upgrading your room. After accepting the offer I was able to confirm it at check in, however the front desk have me a better upgrade rate than the email. Of you like people watching it is worth the upgrade. Will do it again.

Very helpful staff especially at reception. Our room however had inadequate lighting with wiring and air conditioning that could usefully be upgraded. A small but more modern bathroom was appreciated.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location (internal courtyard facing rooms are a lot quieter if you are visiting during Mardi Gras), great hotel restaurant and room service, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

WOW! What a grand old hotel! Just stopped in for cocktails at the bar. It was very crowded, but the service was still good. Great drinks, too. Not a cheap place, by any means, but if you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend it.

Great location on Bourbon street. We had a corner balcony room that was excellent with seating on both Bourbon and St. Anne's Street. The staff that serviced the room were always so helpful and professional. The valets were attentive and helpful with directions and local suggestions. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Zero issues/Helpful Staff

Zero issues/Helpful Staff
Front desk staff and valets took care of car regardless of street closures for Sugarbowl and our late arrival. They were also friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding area and restaurants. Bourbon Street noise was not an issue. I would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff is friendly, helpful and there's always someone ready to help. The hotel is located in a great part of the French Quarter, but this is also its main disadvantage: the street noise goes on until the late hours and I could hear most of it from my room every day until around 3am. I would only recommend this hotel if you plan to party or can sleep with earplugs.

Pretty high end but there were a few issues with room availability upon check in. Also there was a very old dip pouch behind the lamp cord next to our bed. Cleaners could spend a bit more time per room and they would have found it.

It was our first time to New Orleans and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is amazing, the people who work there are awesome. The room we had was great. Even though your in the heart of bourbon street you don't hear anything from your room. Rebecca and her staff made a much belated honeymoon awesome.
