I will always BUY FROM JOSH AT THE BIG SCREEN STORE IN TOWSON.
Here is why
I want to THANK JOSH for taking a very frustrated client to a TOTALLY SATISFIED customer. On Saturday while working with Direct Tv I had broke the one connect Cable on my Samsung TV. I was directed to Samsung parts website to order a replacement cable. I paid for expedited shipping. On Monday I started to check the site for notification of overnight shipping. Monday I was told that I was on the wrong site multiple times along with getting the chat help to just stop. I called multiple times and either got directed to another person. In the process i got disconnected. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with Samsung parts I called Big screen store in Towson and left a Heated voicemail. Within 5 minutes Josh returned my phone call. Needless to say I was still heated. Well JOSH immediately sent out an email to his rep along with an voicemail. Josh never once arguing with me. By the time I got off the phone I was fine. Josh got the service team to give me a discounted fee on installation. Within 24 hours my TV is up and running. JOSH IS AN ALLSTAR

The Samsung QN65Q7CAMFXZA (Q7 65" TV) is the best TV I have spent money for. You see instantly what you been missing in monitor display entertainment. It recognizes any equipment attached to it (DVD, AV Receiver, PC, Phone, Speakers etc...) and sounds great. This is an opinion of set up out of the box. So far so good I am really glad I spent the time to research this TV it is worth every penny spent on it. I will give another review once I have experience it more within my home entertainment center with all the attachment. It also provides and displays the apps included and downloaded by the phone great no distortion in display. Do buy and experience true color and feel the mood. Home theatre display and sound at its best. LOVE IT!

If you are considering buying a TV and Samsung is a possibility then you really should visit the Big Screen Store. Our experience is with the Towson, MD store. We purchased two TV's and needed installation services including moving two existing TV's to new locations. Josh Wiley helped us through the process of understanding the different Samsung models, (in plain English) answered all of our questions, worked hard to get the best pricing available to stay within our budget and showed great patience as we revised our selection and configuration a number of different times. Multiple on site visits, emails and phone calls were used effectively as we evolved to our final selection. We got all this service at the same cost of nominal (or no) service at the big box stores. Buying technology is not really very much fun for us so having this great resource available made the process less stressful. No up selling or sales pressure techniques from Josh at any time in the process. You really got the feeling he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We are very happy in our outcome.

Installation arranged by Josh (install 2 new tv's , relocate and reinstall 2 existing tv's, different model roku's, cable boxes and a sound bar) the second part of the purchase was of high quality. Big Screen uses HDXperts, Inc as their installer. We rate them with four and one-half stars only because the end of installation tutorial was somewhat lacking. A follow up phone call with the installer solved our only issue when the sound bar would not connect. All in all 9 1/2 stars out of 10 for the experience. Thanks Josh. Will not hesitate to buy from you again, which is the best recommendation you can get.

We just bought another Big Screen and sound bar from Josh. His guidance continues to be spot on. He gives you the facts and you have all the info to make a decision. Repeat customer is the best recommendation.

Josh was really helpful when I described some of the space constraints that I had. He gave me a couple of options and let me choose. No pressure. I went for picture quality rather than a larger screen size. Free, fast delivery (it was in stock so I received the next day!) and competitive price on top. The only downside is they have to collect tax.

The Big Screen Store staff (Mike) was very knowledgeable about the various models and options. Answered all of our questions and directed us to a model that suited our needs and budget. It was low pressure and overall a good experience (much better than the big box stores.).

Delivery and set up was also a good experience. They arrived within the 3 hour window and set up the TV and walked us through the "smart" settings, including how to control our cable box from the TV remote. They then took the packing materials away for us.

Best customer service I have ever received. Josh Wiles sold us a new TV and sound system. His knowledge of the product made it easy to ask questions and his availability to his customer is 100%. The installers were great guys, they did a terrific job and cleaned up after themselves. I had received other bids for the system and The Big Screen Store was significantly less. My daughter and I recently purchased a Samsung TV and console for her fathers birthday and because of past purchases with other stores we were sure that there would be problems, either in the delivery or setup.
Well were we surprised, everything was perfect, from our initial
contact with our salesman Shane Mueller, we were put at ease. Mr. Mueller was able to help us with our selection, explaining everything we needed to know about our purchase, making sure the delivery was on the day of my husbands birthday and delivered as scheduled. I can not say enough about Mr. Mueller, the time and concern and patience he

Third television purchase, second professional ins...

Third television purchase, second professional install. Couldn't be any happier. Duane arrived on time and in about an hour i was watching my new Samsung 75 inch television along with my Bose soundbar, sub woofer and surround speakers. Installation was clean, no exposed wires, etc. Duane took the time to set up the remote and explain all the features. I'm at the point now, I don't even look anywhere else for my audio/visual needs. We went to check out tv's and furniture.We were met at the door by a very upbeat person .Welcomed us and asked what we were looking for tonight? He explained he was the furniture person and introduced us to the TV person Mike P. I was dealing with Mike while my wife went for the furniture .
MIke took the time and explained the difference in the class of tv's we were looking at. He answered all my questions even the ones I should know. He then explained the installation process and cost involved.
Mike never gave me the "hard" sell or pressured me at all. I purchased the TV and installation on Wednesday, TV was delivered on Friday and installation was on Monday.
Mo and Juwan were the installers they were very polite and upbeat.We could not of asked for better service than they gave us . Very informative and answered all the questions I had . When we thought everything was done I wasn't quite sure about the soundbar vs tv' height and they said no problem and reset the TV about an inch higher.

We have purchased multiple big screens over the years from the Big Screen Store and have generally been satisfied. Don t be fooled by prices on the TV ads! We never leave without being convinced to upgrade and paying significantly more than the advertised specials. They usually offer an extra year of warranty.

Picked up an off brand sound bar at a big box store ( being vague on purpose don't want to hurt feelings), was told to just go to the big screen store and see what they say. Went in to the store and was immediately greeted by Josh Wiley who heard my story, asked the right questions and pointed me to the Bose Sound Touch 300, was a little trown off at first but after 15 min with Josh I figured what the hell. I will say this.... I do not regret my purchase and I actually called Josh and told him I would like to come back and pick up the subwoofer he recommended to go with it... I'll prolly be doing that in a month or 2.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Purchased two identical Mitsubishi 70" DLP televisions and they both have developed issues with powering down for no reason. The store is not helpful in resolving the issue and their corporate office forwards me to Mitsubishi. I was sold two lemons, and they are only concerned about selling the product and moving to the next deal. The customer service after the sale is atrocious!

Mike Parks is the best salesperson I had the pleasure of dealing with. From beginning to the end of our transactions. He works through his lunch time and calls back customers during his day off just to make sure they are taken care of. This shows he is very committed to his customers and their satisfaction stays at 100%. I'm not sure what he is paid, but he probably deserves a little more and you may want to consider make sure to keep him around. Just yesterday I got and email from the BSS stating that Samsung was offering the tv at a price less then I paid, so I sent an email to the sales manager Jason telling him of my recent purchase and he agreed to credit my account with the difference of the new price, I let him know how grateful I was!! Josh at the Big Screen Store in Towson provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not only did he offer me a great price on the TV I purchased, but he also went out of his way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
I called him on the morning of the installation and asked about adding a sound bar wall mount and its installation to my order. Josh coordinated everything with the installers and actually went and bought the wall mount at a local Best Buy and delivered it to me at my office to ensure I had everything in place for the installation that evening. Great job. That's how you keep a customer for life.

Just bought my 3rd TV from the Big Screen Store ( Towson, Md.10-19/2018). Every experience has been great. I ran into a issue with the warranty company recently and they stood by me and did what they could to help me...especially Josh. Things eventually went in my favor. They actually dropped that company. I have only good things to say about the Towson location. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and give them 5 stars absolutely.

My wife and I went shopping for theater seating last week.

Poor Shane (Sales Manager) had to spend well over an hour with us going back and forth and back and forth

Us: "We want this chair with that chairs armrest combined with cup holders that disappear."

Shane: "You go it. check these out."

US: "We want the left armrest to be slightly lower than the right armrest"

Shane: "Weird. You got it."

Us: "We want the chair to compliment is when we're feeling bad and motivate us when we're feeling lazy."

Shane: "Sure. These 6 chairs should work."

Us: "Hmm..that could work but let me ask my parents, brother, mailman, dermatologist and dog what they think first."

Shane: "Sounds great. I'm here if you need me."

The man is unflappable. Truly excellent customer service. We also learned a lot. We'll be back to buy the chair but we wanted to give him a week or two to recover first.

Had a great experience! They have a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly sales staff who can answer any questions on buying the right TV for your room. Very large selection of nice furniture to compliment your room and also sell surround sound systems all at a bargain. I was shopping around but found that they gave me the best price on my whole purchase - significantly lower than the big box stores. On top of that, they can have also it all professionally installed in your home the next day and their delivery staff is top notch- I recommend them to everyone I know.

Bought a 73" Mitsubishi DLP in 2010. They set it up and I "tweaked" it somewhat for my own tastes. I use this everyday, and a LOT for internet work. This thing is a real work horse. Love the picture. No complaints.

In 2012 I bought the 73" Mitsubishi Laservue and I bought a floor model, so much less money than new. Again, they set it up and I "tweaked" it to my own tastes. Because it was a floor model, they gave me a three year extended warranty. Again, no complaints.

The picture on these things is unbelievably good and no "burn in" from static use like the internet.

I also bought some recliners. These caused me a real issue. What they brought to my house was apparently used....cigarette burns, filthy cup holders and food stuck under the arm rests etc. They made that right within two days, but my concern was roaches or bedbugs in the meantime. And no, I didn't see that right away. The delivery people were in one heck of a hurry...set them up, made sure they worked and ran like bats out of hell. It wasn't until I looked them over (area not well lit) that I saw all this.

I found the sales people to be helpful, but abrupt on more than a few occasions. I get the impression that must come from being commissioned based sales? I also wouldn't recommend asking your sales person any questions on the phone after the sale about the tv's. They get annoyed really quickly. When you spend $10K or better, that shouldn't happen.

Given all the variables, I would buy again. They do make things right.

Great experience! Email and phone conversations went back and forth until I made my decision. Never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Addressed my questions and concerns. Purchased my 80 TV over the phone. Delivered to me with 2 days!
