I visited the Big Screen Store after pricing Samsung Products on Amazon and other On-line vendors. Shane Mueller, the sales manager, was polite, knowledgeable, and professional, checking several times on inventory and schedules in answer to my questions. I purchased a newer series Samsung Smart TV for essentially the same price as the older series I had been considering. Delivery, too, was prompt and professional. Shane followed up with me for a potential solution to my weak wireless signal when I called back in a few days. Overall, very pleased with the transaction, pricing and service.

It was our 1st time in Big Screen Store... We came in last minute before close on a Friday night. Shane helped us out and really made it easy. We had a beautiful Samsung mounted on the wall and all set up on Tuesday morning.

Had bought an expensive, very large, Samsung TV, but couple of months later, had issue with screen. The store staff was very helpful with purchase. Samsung agreed to replace the screen. The Big Screen Store was very helpful and offered a 5 year warranty due to concerns. This was the second large TV bought from them, and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very Easy Purchase-Great Product. I'd actually give a 5-star as my salesperson was smart and polished, but if you've been out of the TV market for a while as I have, TVs are pricey. But, man, are these high-end HD 4k series 8 TVs (computers , really) amazing. Delivery was flawless, service very good.

The delivery was on time as was promised, and the delivery folks were very respectful of my home (especially on a rainy day). Thanks for great service!

We purchased a high end Samsung TV, a Yamaha receiver and a Cronos unit. The process started by a visit from our salesman Josh and a crew from the Towson store to access our needs.
After the purchase another crew came to do the install. They were very professional and spent the needed time to make sure we understood it's operation.
Several months later, we had a connectivity problem that we caused. We called Josh and he worked with us to solve the issue over the phone.
It has been a very good experience. Nice to know they care after the sale.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with The Big Screen Store. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to be. Jason is very knowledgeable when it comes to TVs and surround sound systems, plus he is just a very nice person to deal with, something rare in retail sales today. We love our latest TV and surround addition and I enjoyed working with Jason. Give them a shout for your next TV purchase you will be happy!

We ordered 2 recliners, one sofa recliner and an entertainment center. One recliner stopped working after 2 days and the sofa recliner light didn t work From deliver which was noted at delivery. The service tech couldn t get to us for a couple of weeks but when he arrived you knew he cared about getting thing right for us. He was able to fix the recliner but not the sofa. I emailed the store in response to a survey. The the store manager called right away after I explained that had taken over a month and we were still waiting on a solution. He swap us out for a new sofa by the End of the week. I know thing can go wrong but they did everything to make it right. What gave this experience a 4 star instead of 5. After the tech left, he followed up with me. The manufacturer wanted photo proof that the sofa was connected and plugged in to power. Apparently they didn t believe their tech. So I had to lift the back of the sofa and take multiple pictures and email them to the tech. In the end my furniture works, the store did what they could to help and I m happy.

My wife Karen and I just completed finishing our Basement. It was a fairly intense project, and we were fortunate to find some great people to get us here. When it came to the electronics (TV's & Music), we had shopped several stores, and then had the good fortune of meeting Shane Mueller at The Big Screen Store. From the very beginning his professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service was remarkable. Throughout the hundreds of questions that we asked, the multiple store visits, and many hours of discussion, he always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We were so impressed by how he took ownership of the project, viewed our designs, and even came to our house with his installers, Joe & Justin, to make sure he had selected the right products for us. Consequently, we purchased our TV's & wall mounts, receivers, all of our overhead speakers, and a wall unit from The Big Screen Store. Joe & Justin did all of the pre-wiring, post-wiring, and setting-up of the equipment, including reviewing it all with us. They literally stayed in our house the last day from morning until 10:00PM when everything was finished and working perfectly. Again, the customer service was special. We were so pleased, that we purchased our sofas from the adjoining The Sofa Store. Thank you Brett & Jason for the continued excellent customer care. Bottom Line- it was a big project and these gentlemen exceeded our expectations. As we now sit in our comfortable chairs, with enormously pleasing viewing and listening experiences, and hear the compliments from our friends, we haven't forgotten the many hours and extreme effort you guys put in to making this happen. Thank you guys!

We purchased a big Samsung and had the Big Screen ...

We purchased a big Samsung and had the Big Screen Store perform the installation. We couldn't be happier. They called when expected, showed up as promised, did the job expected . No complaints !
In fact, a few weeks after install, I had a problem and Shane immediately addressed and corrected my concerns.

I would absolutely recommend the Towson Big Screen Store for all of your media needs and the man I dealt with at the Towson Store went way above and beyond his duties. Shane Mueller was FANTASTIC!

Purchased from Josh Wiley in '14 but waited till '17 to post that the leather theater chairs are still awesome and Josh went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at the best price and worked with the manufacturer to fix an issue and would drive back to Towson tomorrow from Montgomery County where we live to do business with Josh and The Big Screen Store again. My first five star review.

Awful..never ever go there...we ended up buying a 65 inch...from Best Buy. We were not greeted at the Big Screen upon entry after several sales reps gave us a dead eye stare. When we finally had a rep decide to mosey over. My partner shared we recently purchased a home 2 yrs ago, seeking a specific range tv size to replace our former tv...she pointed and suggested we (alone) should head in the "west"... bound direction...and have at it, as a result she walked away. Not nice...

I noticed the owner picks and chooses who he/she replies to on this website... sad state of affairs.... never ever again..fabulous experience..smh.. .so the owner eventually replied with a sarcastic opening remark...by which was equally rude as the treatment we received. 1st.. error...my name is not Mr. Wilton...he/she referred to me as a male in their delayed reply. Therefore he/she lacks gender sensitivity. Hence, the reply should have been.. Dear Sir/Madam... based on the experience (we) as customers had that affected us both that day.

Second error, he/she their feedback was a throw under the bus technique and apparently the same with their"partnership" with Sofa Store..furthermore.. .the owner expressed...they ( sofa store) are not required to greet customers who are interested in Big Screen store purchases... because they are not "Big Screen" employees. So...the justification was bc they are not direct big screen employees...the owner stated...we (as customers) should not expect a welcome "greeting" such as hello.....well best wishes to that fab partnership that seems to be working for superb at best for them....which is why we happily rendered nearly $1400 at Best Buy with all the bells and whistles..including impeccable customer service which makes it worth every quarter spent.

The person that we were not embraced by was indeed a salesperson of Big Screen...what is not helpful is when an owner/manager cannot admit to a possible mistake or unintentional oversight of their employee(s) vs. making the customer feel unsupported by their mere interest to make a lofty purchase is nauseating..by such comments that do not support their employees lack thereof. Contrast to the reality of the experience by the social media of a crying voice by the customer. I will ensure that the crusade of the announcments of our disappointing experience from their shenanigans remains...active.

My father has been dealing with the Big Screen Store in Towson for over 10 years. I came in for my first visit ever last Friday. Was immediately greeted at the door. Shane Mueller helped me decide what I wanted and needed. Extremely happy with the service, knowledge and experience. My next and all future TV purchases will be from this store! Customer service is what this world needs, and this store has it!

The service and sales approach were both excellent. Kim was great. There was never any pushiness, no impatience, and no overselling or outright lying to promote one model over another. I was fairly educated on the options before coming in to the store, and Kim was honest about the design features and differences between the models in question. She was very patient and accommodating as we compared 3 different models under different circumstances, manipulating the content being displayed a number of times. She also got us the best price we could get by taking advantage of a delayed delivery promotion. We didn't expect to look at surround sound options while we were there, but started looking and asking questions. Kim was equally knowledgeable and helpful with the sound systems, as well, and we ended up adding one.

The TV setup went smoothly, they were in and out fast, and even took the packing materials with them. The surround sound setup wasn't included, but it wasn't difficult (even though Bose could stand to provide more clear directions for their universal stands. Only one of the two hardware packs is needed. Which one depends on what rear speakers you have).

We were very impressed, and will definitely go back the next time we need a new TV.

Wonderful. Shane was very informative and made reserving and then ordering the TV simple. He was very professional throughout the process. Both my wife and I enjoyed the experience (and I HATE shopping.) As for the delivery and set up, I could not be happier. The crew was very efficient and professional. The TV was up in a flash and working fine from the beginning. Again, I could not be happier with the service I have received. You have great employees working for you here.

We arrived at the big screen store to shop TVs after our 15 year old projection TV that we bought from them in 2003 finally stopped working. We were greeted by Shane when we arrived and he helped us choose the TV that was right for our home along with a new entertainment center. I highly reccomend this store to anyone looking for a new TV.

I walked into the Towson store on a Thursday afternoon, and, was watching TV by Saturday morning.

Shane Mueller was able to answer all my naive sales questions; Duane Taylor was more than professional in mounting my Samsung QLED TV and installing its companion Bose sound system, while expertly hiding the wiring in the wall; 'helper' Michelle was great too, she efficiently cleared the area of all debris (even vacuumed up the sheet rock dust AND carried the empty boxes from the third floor to the basement door... how great is that....) each personally earning five stars from me. Thanks!

Products are outstanding, when I bought/ordered my Leather Sectional Couch 2nd week in Sept.. The sales person quoted 4 to 6 weeks delivery when I called week 4. I called week 5 they quoted 6 to 8 weeks to deliver. Week 6 they quoted 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. My last call, delivery should be the 2nd to 3rd week of Nov...

I went to purchase a tv during the holidays. I stopped into Best Buy and explained my quandary. The sales person suggested an in home consultation. Before the consult , I went to the Big Screen Store. A bit hesitant after dealing with Luskins in the past.
I was approached by Shane, he is extremely knowledgeable , explaining the difference between HDTV and OLED. The build quality difference between the display televisions and black Friday televisions offered by their competitors .
I took a few trips back. During that time, he did not pressure me into making a purchase.
I finally purchased the tv and a sound bar. I got a great price.
