I just wanted to say that I was thrilled with the level of service my parents got from here. I was very nervous, and insisted on being part of the process to make sure that my parents didn't wind up with the wrong thing. Kim really took her time and made sure they were taken care of. I will be coming back for myself when it's time to upgrade!
