Upon a great recommendation, I went to The Big Screen Store on Cromwell Bridge to inquire about a Samsung QLED 65in tv. To my delight, I was greated by Kim Brocklehurst. OMG...she was awesome!!! She was professional, warm, and knowledgeable about the product. Needless to say...I am a happy customer and look forward to the delivery of my new tv.
