Reagent Print and Imaging has been a great partner for us for several years now with both permanent mail boxes, and shipping services. The team has been responsive in so many ways. Nick is great at keeping it all going too.

I just found out about this place today. Very helpful and accomodating

They lost a package worth $700 and take non responsibility and offered no help to find it. "It is definitely not here is all I got." No slip no service is basically what I got from the guy. His smug attitude is always present. They are not helpful. I know the Exton post office is often crowded, but go there instead.

Very rude staff, Joy perhaps tolerable however we frequently ship here. Normally we ship a lot, when we arrived yesterday we were created with a 'Oh God'. The gentleman who works here always finds a way to criticize and demean us. When we left, the person we worked with and the gentleman who we requested not wait on us began to comment on us coming in mind you we were not out of ear shot as we were just leaving. I will continue to ship here as it's enjoyable being their apparent 'beign' of their service. Otherwise completely unprofessional, I have no need to stir up conversation-just take my packages and I will go.

I never write reviews but felt that I had the worst customer service experience here. The male employee was very rude and unprofessional towards me and would not explain what I needed for shipping, but instead was belittling and had a cocky attitude. Would NOT recommend.
