I recently purchased a QLED 75 Q6f tv from there Towson store, there salesman Josh was very professional and polite and did not push to get a sale,he explained to me what in detail what I would be getting if I purchased this particular tv,he was very knowledgeable and the sale was quick and painless. Just yesterday I got and email from the BSS stating that Samsung was offering the tv at a price less then I paid, so I sent an email to the sales manager Jason telling him of my recent purchase and he agreed to credit my account with the difference of the new price, I let him know how grateful I was!! I know we re I will be getting my TVs from now on,and also the tv is AWESOME !!
