Third television purchase, second professional install. Couldn't be any happier. Duane arrived on time and in about an hour i was watching my new Samsung 75 inch television along with my Bose soundbar, sub woofer and surround speakers. Installation was clean, no exposed wires, etc. Duane took the time to set up the remote and explain all the features. I'm at the point now, I don't even look anywhere else for my audio/visual needs.
