Nice service, nice hill view net &clean. Nice hotel.

Rooms, staff, pool area, food everything was good.
Only issue is the location which is 5 km away from main city and travelling after 8 is scary . Also road to the resorts are in very bad shape

Rooms were good, food good, hospitality is amazing. Nail art designs for guests were excellent.

Although no lake views, the hospitality of this property is unmatched. The rooms were nicely maintained, the area covered by the resort is huge and the food was amazing!

Beautiful cottages and mesmerising view.... But I lost my phone in one of their cabs and didn't got any response from d authority

This is awesome for its location but service is not up to the mark. I think I will never visit Ananta again just because of poor service. One more thing they separate the people who have taken packages for breakfast and dinner, they have to go to banquet but other people will have their food in proper restaurant. It looks so bad.

I visit many hotels but, Ananta is one of my favourite hotel of 2k19.

Everything is better. Food quality is not expected.

0 stars, absolute worst absurd service I have received in my 40+ years of travel and overall enjoyment experiences.
We booked 3 months ahead for our yearly family trip, let me tell you that we had confirmed payment, reserved rooms, lunchs, dinners.
In particular we ordered 4 rooms for 4 nights, at 40k Rupees per night per room, that's 160k rupees.
That's a whooping sum and since we've planned this from our home country USA it would be around $2400 for one stay at one hotel.
It's a hefty amount of money, but it should be enough to ensure minimal satisfaction at most and treatment.
We arrived at first and there was a wedding booked and we had no notifications or messages of any chance or anything in particular. We arrived from Ahmedabad after a 4-5 hour trip to this resort, we were tired, exhausted, and our pockets were drained from the expenses. We tried to check in and they tried to tell us that they are sorry but our rooms had been canceled and that we already were notified. We immediately explained controlling our anger about how we spent 3 months planning this trip and how they cannot do this to begin with. But the thing is it didn't begin and end at just that. They can't cancel our rooms legally to begin with after accepting the money, but they also didn't notify us at all, not a hour before, not a day, not a week, not a month, no notifications. We had a travel agent and everything and he wasn't notified at all anyway. The absurdness of this experience is crazy. They tried to get on our good side after trying to tell us they moved our one day stay to another hotel nearby? They changed our stay to another hotel? Without telling us? Which they can't do to begin with? I don't give a crap about who's wedding it is? We had a room booked. We eventually listened to their absurd requests for just a second and then went and had breakfast and lunch after sitting in there dining faculties for four hours as this was settled. They tried to reason with us about this later on saying that they fed us for free when we kept on insisting that we didn't want to eat to begin with. They forced us to eat because when a waiter is telling you fourteen times to eat and insisting that it's free, you don't really have a choice. They were playing games with us. We had 13 people, 2 disabled handicaps that need wheel chairs, five kids under 18, and and 6 adults with us. We had four rooms booked but we listened to their crap and moved to the other hotel. After a long inquiry at their other hotel they refused to give us rooms without our passports? Our passports? Are you kidding me? They were just playing games with us, I've never heard of driver licenses and pre-registered rooms with confirmations of identities moving to another hotel to begin with, but moving to another hotel and expecting passports to prove our good nature, legitness, and non-fraud intentions? This is absurd. When we finally gave in to providing more personal information in the forms of Gujarat licenses, New Jersey licenses of USA, worldwide driver licenses are allowed. This hotel is absurd and playing games with us. They refused to give us a room from 1 ID in the end and you are allowed to worldwide have as many rooms you want with the responsibility going to 1 room. If one neo-rich visitor from India ordered 50 rooms under his name, the passports and ids of every room wouldn't be necessary. That contrast explains just how absurd not accepting our multiple identifications is. To add to that, we finally gave in even more and just went under the bus and gave up our passports which we realized we had copies saved on our family laptop. When we offered this, they then PROCEEDED TO TELL US THAT THEY NEEDED EVERY MEMBERS VISAS TOO. THAT JUST TELLS US EVERYTHING. They wanted the visas of the under 18s as well. We are prepared to take this to conjugal court. Character limit on here. They know who we are.

Awesome resort, bit far away though. Excellent event organization.

Very bad experience . Hospitality is worst. Reception staff is ill-mannered. Balconies are so dirty. Too money minded. They only want payment. Worst cab management ever. Too expensive. They just Keep on filling resort as if people are cattle. No welcome drink or even water is served while you wait for your room. Staff is rude and irresponsible.Keep you waiting for room for at least two hours even after advance payment.A big wastage of money. Would never recommend to anyone.

For anything and everything you need to do wait for the resort cab to pick you up with it even for breakfast or a visit to the gym or anything and everything

Been there last week and experienced worst experience. We were three couples but we had been provided with separate beds in cottage two out of three cottages. The issue wasn't solved for almost 4 hours and receptionist wasn't giving convincing response.

Actually they had big function on next day and they were just behaving to throw us out as quickly as possible. They have enough staff but still they were at turtle speed to response.

The main issue with them was, there were suffering with deficiency of good management team. In real, there wasn't single person available with good management skill. Otherwise they can rule on whole UDAIPUR with such a fantastic property. Excellent infrastructure developed at most difficult place, I must say one of beautiful places I have ever visited. But my all excitement and happiness was washed out by poor management.

I am afraid to recommend this place to any of my friend or family member who can be treated badly as well.

This is my personal point of view according to my experience, not influenced by anyone. Nothing personal! I will never visit again!

Out from the city this place is located at a hill top and has its own charm. I'll recommend this place for family stay and some quality time with your loved once. The staff is polite and at your service round the clock.

An awesome place to rewind from the stress of daily life. A very courteous staff. My mother had a very bad toothache in the middle of night and cab was sent immediately to us. Staff is well trained and responsive.

Magestic place away from the busy centre. Awesome location in the middle of the forest. Picturesque swimming pool and amazing buffet both for lunch and breakfast.

Poor check-in experience. Booked 2 rooms more than a month in advance, yet the rooms allotted were very far from each other.

Pathetic experience. Excellent location and a great property but pathetic service and maintenance and management. <br/>Imagine getting up at the middle of night during peak summer due to fan not functioning and when you check , you realise that there is some electricity failure in your room and when there is electricity elsewhere in the hotel. The staff was receptive of the issue and sent an electrician right away who said that the mcb tripped. Why would the mcb trip? Anyways, I ignored it and went back to sleep....you know how easy it is to go back to sleep after getting up......I got up again between 3-4am again due to electricity issue. It was unbelievable. Was that some kind of a joke? <br/>I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here unless you like staying up at night. <br/>if you are here for vacation and not carrying laptop, don't expect a business center here. I needed to access Internet explorer to approve a payment for a vendor who needs to give money to his labour and Monday being Eid, I requested them to provide me with access to IE ......but they couldn't.<br/>Oh and if you try to get Uber here, they don't let them in and ask for money.<br/>They charge 3 times as compared to Uber.<br/>Well I am done with them. My last stay.

Superb place . Ultimate Unique experience... Proper facility with good transport team coordination... Food is awesome . Must visit.

This is a hill station concept resort in udaipur .. cottage are designed as per geography of hills ... Good facility fun loving concept and greatest facilities and staff

Poor service and no post covid measures taken.. my suite was not ready until 4:30 pm nor was it sanitized.. not safe and worth the money.. kept waiting for two hours at reception to get room.. cabs are poor hygiene and bogus food.. please avoid..

Well maintained property with excellent Ambience. The variety of plants they have on the site is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and airy.
Staff is good. To truly enjoy your stay, use legs to move around.

The Ananta Udaipur is an Excellent Resort at very serene and beautiful place. The entire staff was very polite and easily approachable. I highly recommend The Ananta Udaipur for your stay in Udaipur. Superb location all over the hill. Very nice houses and lots of amenities. Delicious food and very friendly staff.

Resorts is located quiet outside city s hustle n bustle, completely within nature, lush green gardens big trees, has morden architecture, friendly n helpful staff.
What makes it different from other resorts is it s landscaping- located on a small hill from top to bottom. You can move around in resort with in-resort complimentary call-a-cab services.
And the main thing room n food. Room are bigger then average sizes. Food was very delicious.

This place is very beautiful and very huge. Very nice location and very friendly staff must visit once. Its bit expensive food vice but as far as the property is it is worth the money. If I get a chance in future I will sure visit this resort once more
