Restaurant Staff was not good and few cab drivers also

A good place to visit with friends and family. Clean,close to nature,quite beautiful.

Superb big place accros 90 Acer land with beautiful gardens and well maintained property, polite staff and food quality is fine.

Great hotel for leisure travel, far from city, stay here if you don t want to visit the city

Firstly, the sense of space is good, even for their most basic rooms. Pool area is sizeable and reasonably well maintained and attended to. Food is fabulous if you're into Indian food, western and continental options are limited. The Indian part of the buffet is quite good as well. Service and attendance at the room is quick and you'll not have to ask twice or wait long for anything.
Now to the not so good - check in process was bizarre and it took an hour for us to get to our room which was really tiring considering the 6 hour drive we had to udaipur. Also, room maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We had an issue with termites which was thankfully resolved very quickly. The check in staff were overwhelmed and sometimes not very friendly.

So, all in all a great property where experience could have been a bit better. I would definitely consider this again but at the right price.

Its an amazing place to visit in weekends with family or frienz

Awesome place to stay in udaipur, little far away from main city but their room/cottage is too good. Very good place for destination weddings.

Not so good services for one with bulk bookings of weddings.
They didn't allow us to tie turbans in the hotel.

They run cabs inside the premises. The cab waiting time between your room and reception/restaurant and other way round is something that will make you conclude other 5 star properties in Udaipur are better.

Also, the restaurant charged Rs. 350/- (onion price was nominal) for a piece of two Masala Papad which I feel pretty expensive

Property & locations is very good but services is very poor spacialy restaurant & cab services.

This was the first time I stayed in a five star hotel . And may be this is the first time I liked the food of a five star hotel (as most of the time I have had dinner in a five star hotel I never found the spice and the delicious taste which we found in the food of a road side vendor ) I like their food very much. I stayed there from 31 st of December to 2 of January. The new year party was awesome . It was such a great experience

The good: Ambience. Room cleanliness. Staff. Rainy season makes it beautiful....
The bad: 1. Food: Don't take all mean plan... opt for breakfast only(or expect paneer tikka in different gravy for two days)
2. CAB service is good. but most times you have to call 3 or 4 times

The resort is on a hill, which looks absolutely beautiful. The food is on point, rooms are cosy and classy. Everything about this resort is fantastic, but I've taken away 2 stars because of their transportation department. We requested a cab to take us to nathdwara and then drop us off at the airport for which they charged us a fixed amount. Once our journey began, they say we have to pay for toll and parking, just to add to our already high fixed price. We called up the transportation department and asked them for the bill, they said now he will charge 5% extra for tax. It's our mistake for not getting a bill initially but I'm hoping this review will help make other guests aware.

One of the best properties of the city !!!!! Must stay

One of the best resorts I have been to. There are no words to say about its food, staff, rooms or anything. Everything is at its best. It's a great place for relaxation but atleast 2-3 days min stay is needed to enjoy it thoroughly.

Great place. Car service to travel within the premises is a tad slow.

Biiiiiggg property.. But they provide a car service direct from room to all areas within resort like reception or restaurant etc.. Nice hospitality.. Overall great experience

Location is good but the way they treated us is not ............
But for those who stay in any hotels please keep all your things locked up in your luggage's itself even when you leave the room
Kindly please don't use lockers

I just love the place and the serenity. The property is just so amazing. The buffet needs to have a little more options for non veg eaters. I just had one item in chicken for the main course. Expected more for what we were paying for. Otherwise the room is much comfortable with polite staff.
