Property is good well maintained. But service is very poor. They are not able to solve u r problem.

Nice place for Family Outing, beautiful location. Neat and clean rooms and swimming pool. Enjoy folk music and dances in evenings. Very Cordial and hospitable Staff. Very Good food

The worst ever experience as a foreign resident the staff they are so rude and I guess they don t even know the customer service I would suggest foreign nationals to chose another property instead of this.

This is truly the 5 star hotel. It's on the hill top of Udaipur, amazing location.

Spread across 90 Acres, they have dedicated drivers to take you to different location within the hotel. Like going from pool to game zone which is like 1280 steps.

Rooms have great view of mountains and scenery. Sun rise from the balcony is amazing. Every room has dedicated small pool with open air top. Plants everywhere will give nature like feeling.

They have small theater near the game zone, gym, spa, amazing whether, and everything you could expect from a 5 star hotel

It's very disappointing to share that the cab service was not up to the mark. Even though the pick up n drop to a venue along with the fare was decided n fixed ....bt they didn't droped at the venue n left us in the middle n didn't even came for pick up. It was really difficult to manage transportation at late night in unknown city wid kids n family.

Highly recommended amazing place to relax and chill with ur loved once dear and near ones. The place make u feel with great ambience and the land architecture is amazingly stunning. The service which they provide is of just amazing. The cleanliness of the place is amazing though being so much greener place.

Beautiful property for a joyful stay. Vast and the property also provides BICYCLES which is a good thing to keep track of the calories. Good connectivity for different sections via cars. Pretty tiring for event managers but we are superhumans!
