TFS raised the slab in my garage several tears ago, as well as part of my driveway. I decided to sell my home in Nolensville, and found the house foundation in meed of repair.
Again, I used TFS. THESE FOLKS ARE AMAZING! Not only was the work done in a professional manner, but when prospective buyers asked questions, I contacted TFS, and they sent a professional to answer them on site. He explained the work they did in detail, as well as assuring them that the warranty wastransferrable. They were sarisfied, and bought the home. I just want my money back because you didn't do a thing. I'm terribly upset over this situation & I was so misled. You dont need foundation & specialist in the the same title of your company. This has been bad business and you can't possibly prosper in the long run doing this to people who just need a a safe place to live. My nerves are beyond frazzled over this entire ordeal.

Happy and satisfied with my decision and choice of TFS services. Very professional at all times, communication was great, follow-through thorough, and performed great work. Guys that came out and did the work were courteous and professional.

They scheduled an appointment then called a few days prior, and said I have to have my wife present. This feels to me like a pressure tactic so we can't "talk it over with [our spouse]" and, on top of that she can't be there - we both work. I said if she had to be there he may as well cancel the appointment, and so he promptly did. Further, why not tell me this on the front end when I'd set the appointment, rather than wait till nearing the day. Very disappointed in TFS.

All members of the TFS team were friendly and professional. They arrived prompt, explained all of they work they had planned and answered all of my wife's questions. They cleaned up after and have continued to provide support whenever we call the office to ask questions. They have been more than willing to come back to the house to make corrections.

These guys do wonderful work! About ten years ago, we used them for foundation repair (i.e. putting in piers and lifting the house) on a part of our home, and my husband was in charge of that portion. I recently used them to lift a remaining part of the home and they were great to work with. Cliff was the on-site manager, who was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service from the beginning until the end.

TFS has been a life saver for me and my home. If you are living in your forever home, you must take care of it. TFS completed the encapsulation of the crawl space including mold/mildew remediation; stabilization; and floor leveling jacks. As we progressed we discovered other unforeseen problems which the team worked diligently with me to correct. This is not a fast process, but it was a thorough process that is guaranteed for life. So glad I found the right people with stellar attitudes to work with me. They have the products to cover the needs of each situation!! So thankful for their ability and endurance.

Terrible experience. I was in the middle of selling my home but I needed to repair my sinking front steps. They scheduled me two weeks out to start, and then I got rescheduled three different times after the original job date to "finish" the job. It took them nothing more than 15 minutes to "finish " the job and it was finally completed the day of closing that night after I spent all day pleading for them to send someone to finish the work.
I would never use TFS again. Also, I paid them and then still got a collection call follow up which was awesome, great service...

TFS employees came and did wall support and dewatering in my basement. The workers were all very professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend contacting TFS for all of your structural and basement needs.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with TFS. We had a number of companies come out to give us estimates and TFS by far surpassed everyone else with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism.
First and foremost, we've got to give a huge shout-out for Paul Jack.
Paul was extremely informative, thorough and took the time to explain what he found and answered every question we had. He worked with us to prioritize what needed to happen and what could wait, he documented everything with pictures and drew a detailed map of our home, letting us know exactly what was wrong and where the problems were. I would definitely advise becoming a preferred customer and to request Paul to assess your foundation needs.
Secondly, when it came time for production to start, Tim and his crew were punctual, respectful of our home and our family. These guys are extremely hard working and we are amazed in how timely, thorough and professional this job was completed. Tim also well documented the entire process with pictures and answered any questions we had during our final walk-through.
Both of these gentlemen earned our respect and our future business.
It's always recommended to get a number of estimates for any big foundation job but I would HIGHLY recommend calling TFS and giving them the opportunity to show you what they are made of, they stood by everything they sold us and we will be having TFS back in the near future for additional work we were unable to get done at the time.
It's not easy to find a trust-worthy company that exemplifies integrity and professionalism but we are extremely pleased to have found TFS, they exceeded every expectation from the sales, scheduling and production departments, do yourself and your home a favor and call TFS!!!

These guys were the most professional and amazing crew that we interviewed. They weren t the least expensive but they were also not the most expensive. They communicated perfectly and worked with us on payment. Their approach to crawl space issues is by far the best. I can t recommend TFS enough. I contacted a number of places and got a number of estimates for having my foundation lifted and stabilized.

I had previously had another company install two piers to fix a settling problem after the big flood of 2010 in Clarksville but they failed. Since the bedrock is over thirty feet below grade under my house, they just gave up, incorrectly installed two helicals and called it done. It wasn't long before I was sinking again. TFS didn't give up, they kept going until they actually got to the bedrock and now my house is PROPERLY stable and I don't have to worry about any more sinking.

TFS was not cheap, but it wasn't the most expensive estimate that I got either, and they gave me more than the highest cost bid PLUS the inspector who came to assess my house found problems that other company reps didn't, and that I didn't even know were there. I had no idea that the far wall was actually starting to bow outwards! He took the time to actually SHOW me the problems he found and explain them, instead of just expecting me to take his word for it like other company reps had done.

Yes they did request that my husband be present for the inspection, but that's them wanting to provide everyone who owns the house all the information and address questions or concerns anyone might have. When I told them that was not possible for my husband to be present, it was completely not an issue. Like any company, sure they employ many different sales tactics because of course they want your business. In my opinion, unless you know you've found better, you should give it to them.

Edit: I was looking over the other reviews before choosing of course, and saw every negative rating was given by someone who never actually had this company do any work for them! Lol

The entire experience was EASY! Considering something like foundation repair is no easy task the entire experience was professional from beginning to end. Paul, who came out to give an estimate of what work needed to be done was professional and clear on what was needed and expected cost. Then the crew led by Antonio that worked on my repair were extremely friendly and explained what all they would be doing and left my yard and property looking just as good as when they started the repairs! HIGHLY reccomend TFS!!!

Archaic appointment process and very ill-prepared sales people. My wife and I can rarely get time off in general, we both do not have to be present to make a decision when it is something we both know needs doing. Taking my money elsewhere.

TFS did a great job installing 4 piers on the corner of our house and a smart jack in our garage. The representative spent a considerable amount of time with me evaluating the house and prepared the repair proposal on the spot. The repairs were completed within several days of signing the contract. I had representatives from 3 foundation repair companies evaluate the house and felt the most confident in selecting TFS.

I recently used TFS to fix a retaining wall and lift the concrete on my driveway.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional.
They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

I had some issues with my relatively new home that lead me to believe I may have a foundation issue. The gentleman from TFS, Jason Hollingsworth did an excellent inspection of both the interior and exterior of my home. The level of service he provided was beyond my expectations and if I need any future services regarding my homes slab, driveway, or sidewalks I will defiantly be calling TFS due to the level of service Jason provided and the character he demonstrated during his visit. If I could give six stars I would.

The TFS crew came out to raise front steps to house and pad near garage entry. They were very professional, explained what was taking place and how it would be fixed. Did a fantastic job raising the concrete and sealing the areas needed sealed. Cleaned up all areas and I love the work they did. Very well done and highly recommend

When attempting to schedule an estimate for a new vapor barrier, I was asked for my 'wife's name' which I thought was odd. When I asked why, they responded that it was for their meeting with both of us. When I pushed on this since I was the one making the appointment and was taking care of the project, the customer service representative replied that this was obligatory to "go over any questions concerning the estimate."
I am not sure even where to begin of what is wrong here. The assumptions about how my family needs to do business is the first. I was the one making the appointment and not my wife. The whole thing felt wrong as if they were setting me up for some odd, inflated estimate.

Well, if they were working for scare tactics, it worked. It caused me to quickly hang up and call another company. I have to say that it was a first and I hope, a last of such practices.

As for the owner's response below to similar complaints, I had not seen those before I called otherwise, I would not have bothered. For some reason, he needs two people to do what others do with only one. He has to have two people present to give an estimate that is clear and professional (i.e., the nature and exact cost of the repairs and answer questions which is normally included in any written estimate that is going to be signed). It still feels like a set up. His choice to run his company this way and the consumer's choice to buy it or not.

I contracted with TFS to put 5 helical piers under my foundation where settling had begun to cause cracks in the foundation wall. They explained their methods and materials (good rep came to my house for estimate, Chase Miller). The job was scheduled for May 8th; but a crew had completed a job sooner than expected so they called and asked if they could move me up to Tuesday, May 5th. I agreed. A crew of three arrived around 10:30 in the morning and were finished around 3pm. They removed my large shrubs, installed the piers, showed me the result by shooting a laser beam around my interior basement wall. Replaced my shrubs and were cheerful while maintaining distance during this quarantine time. Very pleasant experience!

These folks are a class act.! We give them a 10+!!! The communication line was always available and respectful to us. We have a lot of concrete that was 25 years old, and we thought it was doomed. But they assured us it could actually be repaired, and saved from total ruination. It was a 3 1/2 day job. They had organized teams assigned to come out and do each step required. It was thoroughly cleaned, sealed, and completely repaired. We were given a lifetime, transferable warranty, and it looks great!!!

We needed some areas raised on our sidewalk. They were very prompt in answering my email followed by a phone call. They scheduled the appointment and did a great job!

The sales people they use in Huntsville are inept and way too pushy. I just needed some information and guidance through the process, not an entire home repair.

Total class company and the individuals we worked with reflect the class and professionalism of the company they represent. I was extremely happen with the work they did and the clean-up they committed to once the project was completed. From the initial meeting and assessment to the installers, the individuals were professional, on time and committed to making sure I was happy with their work. I would highly recommend TFS for any foundation or craw space project that needs attention!

Made my wife uncomfortable about the necessity of the husband and wife being present for their spiel. Archaic process and there are local companies in Huntsville that do a much better job and are easier to deal with.

TFS is an amazing company with integrity! They were recommended to my significant other by a family friend who has know the TFS family for years. Jason and Eric came to the house and were extremely knowledgeable and very HONEST about what the foundation needed and didn't need. We highly recommend them!!

TFS completed a mold abatement for me in October of 2019. I am extremely sensitive to mold, mildew, and this time of year my allergies would flare. I could actually smell the mildew in the interior of my home. Since the work was completed, there are no odors and my allergies have improved. I highly recommend TFS for their professional work and expert knowledge in solving crawl space issues.

I would not use TFS. I called for an estimate and they insisted that they meet with my wife and me. I discuss any financial decisions with my wife and I don't need TFS doing the hard sales pitch on her. This reminds me of a timeshare sales tactic. If they won't deal with only me, I don't think they can be trusted.

Just saw the reply from TFS to my review. All I have to say is BS!!!
I got an estimate for repair from two other companies for my crawl space and certainly was not charged for the initial consultation. Nor did they ask that my wife be present so that they could use their scare/hard sale tactics on her. I guess I am fortunate that my wife and I trust each other and we certainly do not need TFS to look out for our better interest.

No one wants to go through a foundation repair, but if you do call TFS. They were quick to get be started and they did a great job despite having some expected challenges getting to the footer. They had to hand dig a lot of it and the footers were much deeper than expected; causing a 3 day job to be 7 days. But they were able to get rid 90 % of the cracks in the brick and they patched the rest. You can't even tell there was a problem. And it's guaranteed for life; that's piece of mind.

These guys were the best. I had a major problem with my foundation on the garage side of my house. They came in and dropped 9 piers to shore it up and when i called them back over 2 years later to check on a shift in the brick they dug up the pier in question and adjusted at no charge and its been great since. They did what they said they would in a fast and efficient manner and left the grounds and the driveway just like they found it. I would highly recommend them and have many times. Thanks TFS

Did not use them, requested estimate. Specifically called out on the online request form to NOT call me. So they called me within an hour of my submission.

I work on my phone all day, need to set most things up via email communication.

Additionally, in reading the responses to negative reviews, it is NOT standard industry practice to charge a fee for an estimate; a few do however the overwhelming majority in my 40 years of home ownership do not and agree with other that having both home is a pressure sales tactic; I've done in-home sales in my younger days and that is 100% why you want the wife home. If my wife needed/wanted to know the details on a possible structural repair to our home, she would be here with bells on. Bless her - that is NOT anything that interests her and in our life these things are my job.

We couldn t have asked for a better experience. From the sales call to scheduling to getting the work done, everything about TFS was top-notch. We called TFS because they installed some exterior drainage and SmartJacks in our crawlspace about 6 years ago, and we were really happy with the result.

This time around, we needed to repair some pretty bad sinking by our front porch, and some cracks in the driveway and sidewalk. Mike Lattero came to the house and thoroughly explained the PolyLevel process. He priced out several options for lifting and leveling the areas that needed it, and sealing all the cracks and joints. He gave us time to discuss (no pressure!) and once we chose an option, the job was scheduled about 3 weeks out.

We got a call the day before the job to confirm and another call on the morning of to let us know they were on the way. The team doing the work, Dalton and Herman, arrived right on schedule. These guys were just extraordinary extremely knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. They were highly professional, and they patiently answered the million questions I asked while they were working. They ran into a couple of unexpected issues while doing the work, and they came up with solutions on the spot. Thorough clean-up after the job made it impossible to tell they had even been there!

The end result is exactly what we wanted, for what we consider to be a very fair price. I would recommend TFS to anyone!

When they say Deposits are NON-refundable - they mean it. I had a problem with a settling front porch (and basement slab) which caused the overhanging roof to sag and that caused considerable cracks in the exterior brick walls which was letting in water, amongst other things. I had never encountered this in a house before and it was very concerning. In a hurry, I contacted TFS for help. They came to my home a couple of times because after they surveyed the situation once other cracks appeared. Then I was REALLY concerned. On the upside, they were friendly, helpful and on time. After much discussion with them and considering their recommendations, a job costing $50,000 was agreed too. I paid the deposit and scheduled the work. They told me the deposit was not refundable but I paid anyway, my big mistake! Immediately after this I had considerable financial problems and asked for a refund. They politely said No. I began scrambling for money and scaling back the scope of the job. This took quite a bit of time and I asked for a refund again and again told No.

I found out that not everyone in this line of work charges a deposit and especially a NON-refundale one. TFS never lied to me but were also never willing to save a customer by refunding my deposit when I needed the help. They were also quite willing to feed off my fear by recommending unnecessary work. Ultimately, I had another company do the work. It was my fault and my mistake I paid the deposit in a hurry before checking other companies, don't make it yours.

We had to have our driveway and entry way in front repaired due to poor concrete work when the house was built just 3 years ago. We had it repaired and resurfaced. It looks great, the workmen were extremely nice , professional, and efficient. Thank you all for the great work you did.

Very professional, the contractors were great! My basement has flooded several times in the last year and I had several bids and I felt most comfortable with their plan of action. I appreciate everything they have done and I will highly recommend it to everyone I come in contact with who needs basement work!

Completely wasted my time. I scheduled an appointment with them about 2 weeks ago. They called me over the weekend to confirm the appointment. Given having an active toddler at home and all of us having the stomach flu I missed the call and didn t call back. The morning of my appointment I get an email saying my appointment was cancelled. They also texted me around the same time saying they couldn t get in touch with me. I responded immediately. They tell me the appointment is still on and they would see me that afternoon. I leave work early, pick up my son from daycare early and make it home in time for the appointment. 15 min after the appointment time they re not here so I called the office. She says there was a miscommunication and asks to call me right back. 30min after the appointment time I still have no call back so I call then again. They say they need to reschedule and ask if they can come tomorrow at 1. I already wasted my time today and won t be doing that again tomorrow. Oh and if you do try to schedule an appointment make sure the man of the house is available because the wife alone isn t capable of meeting with them (I should have cancelled upon this first red flag).

Would not recommend using this company . They are expensive and their work is of poor quality. Had to come back to correct faulty work and was difficult to get them to pay for damage they caused to our property. However, the supervisor who handled our complaints was one of the nicest and most competent persons I have ever dealt with. He gets A+ from me.

I have no doubt they would have gotten the job done well, but the experience felt like buying a used car. They called the day before and told me my wife had to be home as well.. so she cancelled her plans to hear the big sales pitch as if I wasn t intelligent enough to relay the information to her. Also, when the company I chose to remediate my mold sprayed to kill it, the unprofessional mark of TFS still exists under my house.. all 3 other quotes I got mentioned how unprofessional it is to write mold in my mold, and I certainly agree.

Our project was a nightmare. Its required two visits/reports from the structural engineer, hundreds of pounds of concrete, eight work days and lots of men. I know they lost money on this project due to the perfection and honor with which my job was treated. They stayed with the project from start to finish and did not walk away until it was completed. Wife called for simple repair of 3 sidewalk slabs. They told my wife we both needed to be home for a 1.5 hour estimate. The other 2 estimates took 20 minutes. My wife was able to make a decision on her own. M y wife told TFS that we were not interested. Now TFS is calling us daily wanting an appointment. I don't know about their work, but high pressure sales seems to be there game. Sign now and forget other estimates. Wonder why.

I cannot say enough good things about TFS. All of my interactions with them have been extremely professional. They are prompt, courteous and do excellent work. Definitely my first call when I need any type of foundation/crawlspace work. Michael was my latest tech and he was absolutely fantastic.

Not bad for a bunch of basement dwellers. The sales rep was a little pushy but they really knew their business. The office staff was great and answered all my questions. My wife is really needy and complains about EVERYTHING, so no surprise she found an "issue" with some of their work. Turns out my wife was wrong (don't tell her that, she wouldn't believe you anyway). The office staff took the time to explain everything for a second time and this time my wife actually listened.

The guys in the field are really passionate about digging ditches and fixing our jacked up concrete. My basement and sidewalk are so level you can play marbles on it, or pogs if you're not down with marbles. The point is my slab is level now.

Paid 7k upfront to have my leaking basement repaired. There was a credit to my account and they mailed the check to the wrong address. The secretary argued with me about their negligence in the error. Had to pay 35.00 for them to cancel the check and send it to my correct address. FYI don t pay upfront

This is a very good company to work for and for your special home repairs. They are very welcoming, strong and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone needing structural work, or floors lifted and leveled, or to divert water away form your foundation. This is the place to call for any repair I may have.

I had Dewayne with TFS come out and quote to level up an area of floor, several sections of driveway and sidewalk. He did a great job explaining everything and was flexible to work around my difficult schedule to meet me. They made two separate trips to do the work and unfortunately I was only able to meet the second crew. However they BOTH did very good jobs. My wife meet the first crew who leveled the floor. She said they were very polite and professional. (Sorry I can't credit you by name..) I met the second crew who was Shane and another man. He explained everything beforehand and asked me what I was looking for. They completed the job quickly and left my property in better shape than when they arrived. (Even cleaned up mud off the driveway that was there when they got there.) I would definitely recommend you give them a call if you have any issues that they may be able to help you with.

Technicians corrected sunk porch slab perfect at a very reasonable price and we're very professional to deal with.

Great experience. Great communicators and did job on time and correctly. I would recommend to others. My job involved a small trip hazard at my office building. The job was small and resulted in TFS charging a minimum cost, which I felt was a little high, but I certainly understood the minimum cost due to manpower and equipment. At any rate, TFS still safe me money when I figured the cost and mess of a conventional construction repair by a concrete mason and my tenant was happy the repair was fast and did not disrupt his business.

I have Lake Home in Cadiz, Ky built on a hill. TFS consultant came to house and made recommendations to stabilized the home. Their service, workmanship, and cleanup was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy process from the initial inspection to completion. Work is guaranteed and the final product (lift a behemoth porch) looked better than I thought it could. We have had a great experience from Jason, who came to our home and inspected, designed a plan and walked us through it step by step, to Brandon and Justin who implemented this plan and completed the installation. We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and the "personal touch" applied from everyone.

Just tried to setup an appointment with these people (left a message over the weekend and they called me back), and they wouldn't set the appointment unless my wife was present for the meeting with their rep "so that all questions could be answered." I totally understand their reasoning behind this, but we have two small children, my wife works during the day and into the evening, and I'm the ONLY one available to meet their rep during their available meeting hours. They would not setup the meeting under any scenario, so I told them I would call their competitors and they were fine with it. They need to work on their requirements, and overall customer service. They just turned away someone that needs a foundation job that could easily exceed $10,000 or more. Thanks for nothing!

Requested an inspection for foundation repair. Was told both homeowners had to be present. This sounds like a high-pressure sales gimmick. If they are truly wanting business they should certainly be able to perform the inspection with only one homeowner present. There are too many other companies willing to do this. In fact no other company I've contacted had this requirement.

I had a large crack in my foundation due to damage from March tornado. I found all members of the TFS team from sales, work crews, and office staff to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They had to dig deep down the side of my 3 story house to install piers to support the crack & settling. My yard due to so much rain and wet weather was a mess. When one of the managers called me back to check on my satisfaction with the project, I shared my concern about my yard and emailed him pictures of the rocks that were dug up and ruts from the the machinery. He said they would bring in dirt and have a crew level and reseed where there was damage to the yard on that side of my house. TFS did everything they said they they would do. The salesman noticed a little shrinkage on my front sidewalk where TFS had lifted my front steps last spring. A crew came and corrected the problem at no expense to me. It was a pleasure doing work with them and I would use them again should the need arise.

Called these guys to get an estimate and they would ONLY come out to my house if both my wife and I were here at the same time. Asked too many questions about why I wanted this done (is the house up for sale...) I gave them every opportunity to take my money, but I guess it will to to USS. Swing and a miss - TPS.
