I would not use TFS. I called for an estimate and they insisted that they meet with my wife and me. I discuss any financial decisions with my wife and I don't need TFS doing the hard sales pitch on her. This reminds me of a timeshare sales tactic. If they won't deal with only me, I don't think they can be trusted.

Just saw the reply from TFS to my review. All I have to say is BS!!!
I got an estimate for repair from two other companies for my crawl space and certainly was not charged for the initial consultation. Nor did they ask that my wife be present so that they could use their scare/hard sale tactics on her. I guess I am fortunate that my wife and I trust each other and we certainly do not need TFS to look out for our better interest.
