Just tried to setup an appointment with these peop...

Just tried to setup an appointment with these people (left a message over the weekend and they called me back), and they wouldn't set the appointment unless my wife was present for the meeting with their rep "so that all questions could be answered." I totally understand their reasoning behind this, but we have two small children, my wife works during the day and into the evening, and I'm the ONLY one available to meet their rep during their available meeting hours. They would not setup the meeting under any scenario, so I told them I would call their competitors and they were fine with it. They need to work on their requirements, and overall customer service. They just turned away someone that needs a foundation job that could easily exceed $10,000 or more. Thanks for nothing!
