I used Nettalk for about 10 months, then the device completely went dead. While it worked, it worked well, but not nearly as good as other VOIP's, like Vonage. I used it to call overseas landlines often. However, when dealing with customer service it is a nightmare. They are way understaffed, and after talking to the Executive Vice President with my complaint, he promised it would be resolved that day--three weeks later I'm still waiting, and I'm out of phone service. I feel like I'll have to go back to Vonage, but don't want to fork out the money for it again. My device is under warranty with Nettalk but they simply don't have good customer service. The wait on the phone is a minimum of 30 minutes, and I've waited a little over an hour before to talk to a live person (who is American at least).
