This is a company that could care less about your money or the frustrations they cause you. The product doesn't work more than half of the time. You have to message someone wait a few days for them to either write you or call you just once and that's as good as it gets for them. Their customer service reps don't seem to know much about the product they represent. It's just frustrating and worth paying a little more for ooma or something else with real customer service and less problems. I live here in Miami and at one point wanted to go to their headquarters with my product and tell them to fix it because they were not available by phone or email for weeks. In the end forget this company they could care less about earning your business. I have been with them for 3+ years btw. Waste of time and money spend your time reporting their practices to the BBB better.
