I ordered the device directly from the Nettalk web...
I ordered the device directly from the Nettalk website. I live in the US and was sent a Canadian device. After one full week of waiting, they closed the ticket and I am still without phone service. Every day for an entire week, I was told the issue would be fixed remotely. This is the absolute worse customer service I have ever witnessed! You definitely get what you pay for. There are no words to describe how angry I am!
