Have had about 3 orders of tea from Teapigs now. Their tea is top notch with so many different flavours to try. Their tea is never bitter as can be the case with other makes of teas. Order always comes within 2/3 days, nicely packed. You get a lovely email once order done. Highly recommend tea and company.
I started out with their Earl Grey Strong, simply because it had huge flavour, it's my favourite tea. I've not had a bad tea from these folks, some flavours take a bit of getting used to, because us Brits are fussy when it comes to our tea, but on the whole they're all an excellent, palate quenching brew. Keep up the good work folks.
Amazing customer service. My order was lost in the mail, despite the tracking saying 'delivered' online. I contacted the customer service team today (spoke to Emily), and she was lovely! I had left it a while, because I'd forgotten about my order, so got in touch several weeks after I'd ordered it. However, I got very quick responses, and they are sending out a replacement for me. Wonderful service - you can tell you're talking to a real person who genuinely wants to help :) thank you Teapigs!

Teapigs is the best tea brand I have ever purchased from. 5 stars all round. I love the ethics of the brand, the quality of the teas is unmatched, and for the price, you can not complain! Especially compared to other luxury tea brands. Their customer service is phenomenal and the staff are do helpful and friendly. I recommend to everyone I meet. My favourites are trim and jasmine pearls.

I've been drinking tea for a long time, never thought I'd be buying tea online, never thought I'd be sending it to China. The Chinese drink more tea than I do ( there's 2 billion of them) so Teapigs must be doing a lot of things right. The service of the Guys at the Old Pump House is first rate. I'd like to be buying more tea soon.Grand pa clip clop.

Easy to place and pay for an order, any time of day or night, in fact. Fast delivery, well packaged and excellent communication ( you know exactly when your order is due). I had to contact customer services over a minor issue and they were very helpful and polite and the problem was solved immediately. I am a regular customer for good reason.
Have loved the product for years. I am now 2 countries away from the UK, and I'm normally fine with just adjusting to local products. I make an exception for this tea. Just made my first direct order with them, and the parts of the package got a little separated in transit. They could not have been more helpful and responsive when I raised a query (Thanks Emma). Now I'm off to make a cup of tea.
A cracking brew
Their tea temples really work and are fantastic way to get full flavour when a tea pot isn t convenient. The loose leaf is excellent value at less than half the price of another high street name.

Best tea I've tried and I'm a massive fan of flavoured teas, these teas are so tasty and the biodegradable pyramid is a bonus, if u haven't tried teapigs I highly recommend you do, flavoursome tea at a reasonable price, good for you and the environment, 5 stars

Teapigs lemon & ginger 'tea temples' - weak watery taste. Better off making the real thing. Waste of money.
Thank you so much I had a problem with a pack of tea. Received a very prompt reply and request for serial number so Teapigs could check the batch for faults. Was also sent a replacement pack and a lovely matching caddy. Very happy with the tea and customer service. (Replacement tea is great, BTW!)

Love the tea, hate the delivery time. Why does it take 8-9 days to get tea from Brentford to Daventry? I do love the tea, but the delivery time is like to make me buy elsewhere.
Great experience from Emma at Tea Pigs customer services.
However it s a shame I had to contact them in the first place.
Been experiencing issues with the strings on the Tea Temples being stuck too firmly to the bag material and ripping open the bags when trying to undo them.
Emma states it s a manufacturing defect on certain batches and promised to trace back the batch with the information I supplied and send me replacements.
First class service and hope the issues are resolved quickly.
Can t beat the taste of this Tea and as a company do seem to actually care about their products and importantly their customers, they are head and shoulders above others in my option !

Ordered a few packets of loose chamomile flowers and it was love upon first brew. Opening up the packet I was greeted with the most delightful aroma of the chamomile flowers. My husband, who was initially not too convinced about why I needed to go out of my way to order the tea instead of just buying the usual teabags from the supermarket, is now fully converted.
I enjoy my teapigs peppermint tea every morning with my breakfast. I have found it is the only peppermint
tea which has a good distinct peppermint taste. I always take it away with me. In hot weather it is cooling and refreshing. Thank you teapigs for your delicious peppermint tea.
Teapigs were very fast at resolving an issue with an order due for delivery that I was experiencing and even offered a free gift as there was a bit of a mix up in the warehouse. The best loose leaf Earl Grey tea I've ever had. Beautiful balance of black tea and fragrant bergamot flowers. Quality quality quality. My only gripe was the cost of p&p and over the 2/3 days expected delivery. I got another delivery next day from Amazon and no postage costs because I have a prime account.
Wow could it get and better fabulous tea, so easy to order. Excellent range of tastes to suit everyone. The postal service was great and the packaging exceptional, love the use of eco friendly cardboard and paper such a wonderful change from plastic. The delivery time is wonderfully prompt. It's a shame they couldn't send me some samples to try.I would have to buy samples so I'm not bothering.I have seen on social media that they have sent a range of the teas to someone for free but I couldn't even get 2 or 3 very disappointed with customer service.

Amazing company, had an issue where royal mail lost my parcel and the lady at teapigs sorted the issue straight away and sent me another parcel through dpd so it would get here asap, along with some free tea samples too. Haven't tried the tea as theyre Christmas presents but the packaging looks lovely!

Delivery prompt. The Camomile tea I purchased is the best I ve purchased. Teapigs is environmentally sympathetic and all products are manufactured and packaged with due consideration of this. Good tips given on ways to start going plastic free and a lovely small shopping bag made of reusable cloth as an introductory gift. I m delighted.

I love teapigs! The flavour variety, the quality... I could go on all day about this tea! There s one for every mood and my personal faves are super fruits, choc & mint and cocoa matcha. The tea temples allow for a superior brew that is equal only to the quality of the tea inside. They do some brilliant combinations: rhubarb & ginger, apple & cinnamon... they really do cater for everyone and teapigs are a fab way to increase your water intake with all natural ingredients (totally caffeine free).
I have always loved tea pigs tea and this year decided to buy the advent calendar, after a slight mishap with the calender and after an email to tea pigs, my query was dealt with quickly and generously and I am extremely grateful for all of the help and for a quick response. Hasn't put me off at all and I am looking forward to buying from you again soon, especially now with more choice after sampling more of your delicious teas! Thanks again!

I have always been on the lookout for a great cup of tea. I've sampled tea from 100s of different compaines but nothing compares to Teapigs. Their teas are wonderful, bold, bright and robust.
The teas are sustainable and well priced and the packaging of the tea is great. 100% plastic free packaging from teabag to box. The bag which contains the tea inside the box is made from woodpulp and the box is made from FSC certified paper.
The website is easy to use and navigate and the customer serivce is second to none.

Milly in customer service was very nice but Tea Pigs messed up my delivery twice. Quite a frustrating experience.
I cancelled the order after they forgot to send it the 2nd time but they then sent it...
Should be noted that Milly refundednme the money and told me to keep the order.

Ordered a variety of teas to try them out and so far loved them all. Very good quality and a pyramid teabag can be used a good 3 times. Tried Hot Cross Bun, Earl Grey, Chocolate, Creme Caramel. All excellent.
