Amazing customer service. My order was lost in the mail, despite the tracking saying 'delivered' online. I contacted the customer service team today (spoke to Emily), and she was lovely! I had left it a while, because I'd forgotten about my order, so got in touch several weeks after I'd ordered it. However, I got very quick responses, and they are sending out a replacement for me. Wonderful service - you can tell you're talking to a real person who genuinely wants to help :) thank you Teapigs!
