Teapigs were very fast at resolving an issue with an order due for delivery that I was experiencing and even offered a free gift as there was a bit of a mix up in the warehouse. Jon was very fast at responding and very nice to speak with! Thanks for all your help and all the lovely tea that Teapigs make, it s very high quality and delicious!
