Have loved the product for years. I am now 2 countries away from the UK, and I'm normally fine with just adjusting to local products. I make an exception for this tea. Just made my first direct order with them, and the parts of the package got a little separated in transit. They could not have been more helpful and responsive when I raised a query (Thanks Emma). Now I'm off to make a cup of tea.
