Milly in customer service was very nice but Tea Pigs messed up my delivery twice. Quite a frustrating experience.

I cancelled the order after they forgot to send it the 2nd time but they then sent it...

Should be noted that Milly refundednme the money and told me to keep the order.

The tea is great. Price but great. Efficiency not so good. Hopefully I was just unlucky but I won't be ordering from them again.
