Tracy was very informative about helping with my business goals. The breath of knowledge she provided was impeccable.

Studying my prototypes Mr. Jong clarified in technical language the shape and functioning of my ring design. He created schematic drawings to illustrate interrelated features and their function to reduce the turning of a ring to save from wear fragile features, such as gem settings, inlays. textures, etc. He explained the comfort of wear in the canted shape of the design as the ring contours with the shape of the hand at the base of a finger. In this patent Mr Jong created a valuable endorsement for myself, GJ Olsson, as designer, and for my company, Northfield Designer Goldsmiths.
