Thank you so much I had a problem with a pack of tea. Received a very prompt reply and request for serial number so Teapigs could check the batch for faults. Was also sent a replacement pack and a lovely matching caddy. Very happy with the tea and customer service. (Replacement tea is great, BTW!)
