This place was great. After searching for a specific used car for months I found one at Team Toyota and setup a test drive. Lydia was wonderfully attentive and made sure at the end of the day we were driving away with the car that we wanted. She was patient, knowledgable and just overall pleasant to work with. Prices were fair, the repair area seems very well equipped, and it was just a smooth easy experience.
Purchased a used car from Gina, and I love it! Gina made the process very easy, and she was up front about everything. Not much to say except when it comes time to get a new car I'll definitely be back to Team Toyota!

Great service department at this location. Had an intermittent rough starting problem that other dealerships had trouble diagnosing, but they knew quickly how to repair. Expensive repair for sure, but feel like the problem was finally resolved. Looking forward to driving many more miles dependably.
I was looking to trade in my Prius for a Corolla. I was contacted by Jake Fleming to come in and get an appraisal. I ended up being very happy I went to him and not someone else. He got me an excellent 2017 Corolla that I love and payments I can afford. I made a friend in the process too. Jake is very good at what he does and he treats his customers like family. He is ethical and honest. He doesn't have that arrogance you see in many other salesman, and he doesn't use those high pressure tactics to back you into a deal you don't want. Jake's top priority is satisfying the customer. Just tell him the kind of vehicle you're looking for and he'll find it. Jake will not disappoint you. When I need a car from now on, he will be my first stop!
Very poor customer service! The salesman James "Jimmy" Breshan was without a doubt the most unprofessional sales person we have ever encountered. This is the 3rd car we buy there, and in the past we had no issues, however, this time thanks to Jimmy Breshan's demeanor the experience was rather unpleasant. He was very rude, lied to us about the cars offered on the dealer's website, did not seem interested on help us to return our lease so we could buy not 1 but 2 cars there, and at some point even raised his voice at us when test driving one the cars! We reported him and they told us to come back and that someone else was going to take care of us, well, the other salesman was with us for less than 10 mins and in the end was Jimmy and his poor people skills who ended up getting the commission for the car we bought. On a positive note, Mr. Mike Anderson, Mr Said Mohomad and the lady who handled the paperwork were cordial and very professional. I also know that Jason, the owner, is very friendly and professional. It is just very unfortunate that someone like Jimmy works there.
A well run organization with obviously good management. You are warmly greeted upon entering the showroom and under no pressure whatsoever. The Facility is clean and well lit and the sales group is exemplary. Once a deal was struck I was introduced to the Fiance Manager and she well exceeded my expectations, and set much higher ones for in the future. All issues were handled promptly and with highest concern for my satisfaction. I highly recommend Team Toyota on US 41. I must mention Katina, my salesperson, very high marks on her efforts.

Do to an accident that totaled out my previous vehicle I wound up in need of a clean used car for work, and Team Toyota definitely have a nice inventory to choose from. Outside of having to deal with the basic sales tactics of the back and forth of what they can do and can't do, overall I left satisfied with my purchase. The sales associates were pleasant overall and I really enjoyed dealing with Amelia in the final step of the whole process in the finance department.

THE BRAND: Toyota I bought from new car dealerships in the 1980 s-90 s. My Chevy IROC had engine problems the first day off the lot. My Ford Explorer had 4 transmission repairs in the first 75,000 miles (no towing). My Olds Delta88 had two transmissions in the first 100,000 miles. After those disasters I bought a Toyota Camry which I sold after 3 years for more than I paid for it, never a day s trouble with that Toyota so I became a raving fan. In 1999 I bought a used 1996 Toyota Landcruiser FZJ80 and I still have it today with over 360,000 miles and the same engine, transmission and locking differentials that have never needed repairs. That Landcruiser is so reliable that in 2019 I decided to restore it and keep it. I recently decided that my daily driver wasn t good enough, so I went shopping for a new SUV. I test drove Acura s, Audi s, Chevy s, Ford s, Subaru s and of course, Toyota s.
THE DEALER: Team Toyota, Rt.41 Schererville When I looked online and asked for more information, Team Toyota followed up quickly to make an appointment for a test drive that same day. A few other dealers weren t fast to respond they didn t seem interested in selling me a car. When I arrived, the 2021 Highlander I wanted to test drive was waiting for me and the salesman was ready. It was a fast process: the salesman introduced himself but did not pressure me, and he assured me that whatever I needed in an SUV he could deliver. He did. I went to two other dealers after that to drive other brands, but they couldn't beat the Toyota I drove. When I went for test-drives I wore jeans and a sweatshirt, and showed up in a 7 year old car with 200,000 miles, several dings, a messed up bumper and foggy headlights I didn t look like I could afford a nice, new car. In a week I test drove 8 new mid-size SUV s costing $35,000-$64,000 at 6 dealerships.
THE SALESMAN: Rick Gonnella Rick s a laid back fisherman he knows where to cast and he knows not to set the hook too fast. He was eager to help me find the right car, was fast to return my calls, but didn t push me into a chair to make a fast sale. I feel that he wanted me to have the correct vehicle. He let me leave the first time with his business card, then followed up and returned my calls quickly. As we sat to make the deal a few days later it was easy and comfortable, but it does take a few hours to complete. After my purchase was done, Rick spent about 45 minutes helping me learn more about the 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum that I just purchased. I had other questions over the next few days, Rick was helpful each time I called.
THE CAR: 2021 Highlander Platinum V6 What a great car! I ve driven it for about a week. It s loaded, and my insurance is about 20% lower because of all the safety features. The technology packed into this rig is amazing, and the V6 is powerful enough to keep me happy. I m getting about 23.6 mpg, but I m driving in the city often. I feel like the Highlander is priced right. Some SUV s were more expensive than the Highlander and many require premium fuel, but the Highlander has more to offer and it feels roomier, safer, plus it takes regular fuel. This might be the nicest car I ever owned.
Today at 5:30am, before I left for work operating auto service shops in and around Chicago (I have about 50 mechanics working for me in several locations) I used my Toyota app to start my Highlander so it would warm up while I made coffee. When I walked out to my SUV I waved my foot under the rear bumper to open the cargo door and put my briefcase in. When I sat in the driver's seat it was nice and warm, just as I left it yesterday. As I drove to work I took note of how much I enjoy my new Toyota Highlander, and decided to post this review. Go drive one, buy one if you can, you won t regret it.
My experience with Juan Torres at Team Toyota was thorough and professional.Juan suggested that a maintenance report be printed up summarizing my car's condition and work performed on it. The report suggested an additional item: the serpantine belt be replaced. Since it is critical to the performance of the car I came back in a few days and had that additional part replaced. Kudos to Juan for suggesting this report! I have been coming to this dealership for over 25 years and maintenance has always been thorough and reliable. I have met and worked with most of the front desk employees and everyone is pleasant and helpful.
I will be sure to return and use the $25 gift certificate good towards any service, part or accessory. But more importantly, I feel confident my car is being serviced by a wonderful group of people.
Went in with my wife to trade in Highlander for new one. The manager Mike came out once and spoke about the values. After that he refused to come back out and discuss options with my wife. After the salesman told us that only manager can explain these numbers because to him they also didn't make sense. Afterwards my wife was left crying and pregnant in there parking lot as all the salespeople looked on. 3 months has passed and 2 complaint tickets filed and still no answer as to why she was refused service.......
I was greeted by the most pleasant group of people and not only were they friendly they were very professional I appreciate Jimmy B so much for walking me through this entire process he definitely made it a piece of cake. If you're shopping for a car it would be foolish not to see Jimmy B first trust me!

This is defiantly a dealership for men only. As a young single female buying a vehicle with my mom, we were either treated poorly or ignored by the men in this dealership. The women however were very helpful and acknowledged our presence. I was told there were no negotiations on their prices however after sitting there for hours to close my cash buy, we heard many negotiations take place with other customers that were men. My sales person was Toni and she was AMAZING, nothing but kind words for that woman.
Everything is great here..except the prices of the vehicles sold here are higher than the other competitors around the area. Did bring to the sales people notice and they say..thats the prices they have !!! Would love to make a purchase here..

This place was amazing. I couldn t believe the service I got here. I had a car I wanted to trade in which I had negative equity from so it was hard to get someone to provide me with a loan I could afford with my credit score and they managed to do miracles. Everyone here was really nice. My salesmen Justin kept me in great hands as well as the finance man (which I forgot his name and wish I remembered). If anyone is ever going to buy a car. GO HERE!!!!! You will not regret it. I couldn t be happier with my 2020 Toyota Corolla. I really did feel like family. I didn t feel like there were any games or gimmicks. They didn t just want to sell me any car, they wanted me to make the right choice, helped me see the benefits of what I needed and cared about my needs. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
I drove down from Michigan to Indiana for 4 1/2 hours. Before going to the dealership, I contacted to get details about a 2007 Nissan Quest. Whatever they told me was the total opposite. What they posted in their ad was also a lie. There were scratches and a dent on the car, and powered doors or windows were not working which they mentioned in the ad that everything was working right.
Recently purchased a car from this dealer and was overall displeased with the experience. For one when the car was taken delivery of it was still absolutely filthy and nothing was done to even make it look half way clean, horrible porter and detailer experience. Second off before even receiving the vehicle we waited two and a half hours just to get the paper work cause the salesman kept running around and putting me on the back burner. Also had the rudest attitude. And now within the last week I have received many calls from the dealership because they forgot to get a copy of a ssn and forgot important documents and then threatened to reposses the car after realizing they made a mistake. After this ordeal I will never return to this dealer and the vehicle will be getting serviced by myself. I give this dealer a very hard 1 star. Would be less if possible

This dealership is a bad representation for Toyota! I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before taking your vehicle to receive ANY type of service. June, 2013 we took our Sienna van to this dealership for service prior to driving long distance. We requested the service department to inspect our vehicle prior to our trip and even warned them regarding a burning smell and other small things. The following day we received a phone call stating "your vehicle is fine and everything is okay". The service manager went on to explain that they weren't able to find any problems that would inhibit us from driving long distance. After driving for approximately 6 hours our vehicle started smoking and this was only the beginning of our nightmare. Our van then had to be towed to another Toyota dealership. It was then that we learned that Team Toyota Service department NEVER even inspected our vehicle as they led us to believe. We later made a complaint to Toyota and the GM of Team Toyota. Although, they did admit that the service department was wrong for lying to us, they refused to pay for any of the incurred expenses that happened because of their lies.......Bad business!!!
Called about a vehicle, immediately drove an hour to see it. No one knows anything about it. Maybe it went to auction. Maybe it was sold. Pretty impressive to do either without anyone noticing. Horrible bait and switch without accounyabiacco.

I am starting to get VERY annoyed with the whole Toyota team. I have been in the process for purchasing a car for nearly a week now. No one is keeping in contact with me and I am having to call and chase them just to hear the slightest bits of news. I have a deposit on a car, too. I called today, nothing yet. I was told I would hear news on Monday, it is Monday now nearly 1:30, and no one is answering. It is not very professional how they are handling their clientele.
I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new Toyota. Rick Gonnella was very professional and efficient in helping me buy a new vehicle. Rick listened to my needs and responded with out hesitation. Rick also kept me up to speed during the buying process by explaining each step that staff was taking until the close of the sale. This purchase was for my daughter, and she can be very picky. Rick was more than happy to work with us with her test driving different cars (of even the same make). She even asked if he could pull 2 cars side by side so she could see them together....no problem!! Also, aside from the sale I do like the service center also. I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra,I have always taken care of it.I treat it like its the last truck ill ever buy.I want it to last.Back in mid 2013 ive noticed some under- carriage [FRAME] corrosion.I tried to clean it up myself.To my surprise I received a notice from Toyota about this and they wanted me to bring it in for a inspection.After doing so I was told,that they would take care of this for me .I waited and waited for them to call,for the service to be preformed.I called the service department,and they inford me that they were have a issue with the KIT /PART ,from the manufacture.Fineally .After months of waiting,they were able to get the kit and get it done.They said TOYOTA ,was not happy with the previous results of previous applications of the corrosion to other Tundras and they wanted to get it right.Well they DID!!!!! I was overjoyed with the results.The fame looks buetifull,,,,better than new.They took there time to ensure it was going to be done RIGHT.Im very happy ,with Team Toyotas excelant service and commitment to make each and every expieriance with them enjoyable,Sorry sales .this is my last truck............MAYBE.if Toyota continues to put forth great looking new models that are always a Value who knows?
