Super bad service! Nobody can help you get your registered mail, not even the mail point where it is due, also very rude. In the meantime, a week has passed and nobody knows where our registered shipments are. There was also no call at the door because I was home. Competition from bpost? I call them amateurs!

Exactly TBC post is linked with Bpost. You know, when a letter is misdirected, do you think TBC will do better than Bost? The answer is no. If TBC wants to progress, it is better to pay its staff and who knows, pick real pro mail. Good luck

One star is in fact still too much! Last week 28/12 delivered a package and nobody at home. Called and received the message that it would be offered a second time on 31/12/15 or 04/01/16. Not so. Called back and received the message that if it had not been delivered on 05/01/16 I had to contact me again. Not delivered on 05/01. Contacted again and was told that the package would be delivered the next two days !? In what world do you live ??? Take an example from B Post or Dynalogic. They know exactly where the package is located! Two days especially for staying at home! Amateurs!

They say pick-up point in your neighborhood. You have to drive for miles before you find a collection point .. and once the shipment is at the collection point I received no warning. Before that I had to hang on the line for 10 minutes before I knew after 5 minutes that my shipment had arrived ..

Too bad there are no negative stars ... a month that the notice of passage was deposited in my box, the postcard TBC is at the end of the world; the proxy completed by internet is written the next day, 2 days to acknowledge receipt, mail late ... late ... and finally is returned to the sender. Complaint. Mail being recovered and always by receipt, day to day one month after entry into TBC. A recommended BPost is treated a thousand times better No customer support and pick up service

Used their service for a healthcare business. They managed to take several weeks to deliver priority mail (not a one off, it was common practice in the end). You can imagine the grief caused when mail for a patient, that was passed away in the mean time, eventually got delivered. I terminated our business relationship the same day. Every couple of weeks, we would get a new account manager in the end when the previous one left the sinking ship.

TBC Post Registered mail received on Wednesday, and as working people not at home. Called TBC and received a poor Dutch response that it was going to be sent to their mailing point in Dilbeek, which is the closest thing to me (about 20 kilometers) Mission was going to be there Saturday, So we to Dilbeek, shipment has not arrived yet. Returned yesterday, shipment has not arrived yet. Called again, where this shipment is located They could not answer this, they did not know it themselves I politely said that they could deposit the shipment in their ****. Next registered letter via TBC I will now classify vertically. Really incapable firm, don't understand how this is possible Unfortunately I have to click on one star (but put one - in front)

On 21/11/2019 I receive a letter with the message that there is a registered mail. Through a cumbersome procedure on their website, I request that the shipment be forwarded to a pick-up point 15 km from my place of residence. Today I check the tracking and see the date 03/10. I ask customer service for this explanation via e-mail (quick reply), the registered mail has been offered 03/10 at TBC !!! Nearly two months later, it is offered to me. My questions are also turned around, it is only after a long insistence that they admit an error. What amateurism. I read that they have the ambition to capture 10% of the market by 2020, don't make me laugh, that will no doubt succeed ...

A note on the bus found because of registered mail while I was at home ?! If I want to receive the shipment, I first have to print out paperwork, fill in both sides of the ID and send it OR I can drive 65 km to a drop off point?!?!? Mindblown!

1 star is one star too many! A bunch of prutsers who are anything but customer friendly on the phone! And when asked why it wasn't just sent by mail, I got the answer ah, we are 10% cheaper. Well, I will gladly pay that 10% if I get a friendly and helpful person on the phone for that! Sad company!

It's because we do not know how to put "0". A paper beast chiffon for notice of passage, 12 business days to recover his parcel while announced in 24/48 hours max max. The phone number on the notice is not assigned (to be sure not to annoy them) And when you get to have someone on the other phone number on the internet ... it's nice as a prison door. In short, society to forget as soon as possible. And especially to avoid.

TBC Post comes with registered mail in the afternoon. Was not at home, so is kept for 15 days in the 'closest' TBC-Post point: 3 km away from me and other part of our municipality. But, no problem, you can ask for a 'second shipment', you don't even have to be home, just give them a power of attorney. We are 2016, you have to print a form, fill it in and mail it to them, along with the front and back of the ID card. Is this not completely online and with eID?

HORRIBLE. You will receive a registered letter on Saturday as a company. Of course the "postman" assumes that there is no one, leave a note behind the door ... but did not even call because there was someone ... And then you can start walking to a "post point" with all proof documents and proxies to get the shipment ... when you call to "deliver" it a second time (actually a first time) back in the same place, it is said that this is not possible. So who is paid to provide a service? TB. And who should bear the costs of this service? The recipient, who has not asked anything. Bravo. Real BRAVO. Ah yes, they would also like to send a scan (so open letter !!!!) if you would wish for this after a lot of effort. SHAMEFUL.

"Notice of passage": For that, nothing to say. They managed to put it in the box! As for the rest, the follow-up ... There, NOTHING. Whether by phone (by the way, is there someone to answer it?) Or by internet, I never received a sign of life. An automatic message telling me that my request for representation has been taken into account? or that the registered mail is well deposited at the "point TBC-POST" (bookstore)? ... NOTHING. However, it is the subject of "important letters". Registered mail is not regular mail! There is 4.43 difference between the two that the client pays for ... THE TRACKING. Yes, I want to! It may not be recurring, but it's always annoying when it happens.

We are a private company and I note that the service and much better than at Bpost nevertheless the prices are very interesting and advantageous, it must be understood that the world is not done in 1 day as well as the liberalization of the telephony there was only Belgacom at the time which had the monopoly at present it is not the case. Unhappy people there will always be it is human nature, the human being and contradictory on these words I would say that some people are simply stupid, accept the change and a step for the future

Never experienced such an idiotic service in my life. shipment offered while I was at home and still needed missing information after 5 emails. I just announced that they can put their missions in their holes. hopefully I will never meet them again. Had actually wanted to give 0/5

Called when I was at work. My partner opened the door and TB did not want to hand over the letter because the pipo did not want to believe that I live at that address despite my name being on the doorbell and letterbox. This is the 2nd time this has happened. In contrast to the first time, I will not go after it because the last time I never received the letter despite having been driven 5 or 6 times. Service leaves something to be desired and the website looks amateurish. Don't understand that companies want to cooperate with it ...
