Registered mail received on Wednesday, and as working people not at home.
Called TBC and received a poor Dutch response that it was going to be sent to their mailing point in Dilbeek, which is the closest thing to me (about 20 kilometers)
Mission was going to be there Saturday,
So we to Dilbeek, shipment has not arrived yet.
Returned yesterday, shipment has not arrived yet.
Called again, where this shipment is located
They could not answer this, they did not know it themselves
I politely said that they could deposit the shipment in their ****.
Next registered letter via TBC I will now classify vertically.
Really incapable firm, don't understand how this is possible
