On 21/11/2019 I receive a letter with the message that there is a registered mail.
Through a cumbersome procedure on their website, I request that the shipment be forwarded to a pick-up point 15 km from my place of residence. Today I check the tracking and see the date 03/10.
I ask customer service for this explanation via e-mail (quick reply), the registered mail has been offered 03/10 at TBC !!!
Nearly two months later, it is offered to me.

My questions are also turned around, it is only after a long insistence that they admit an error.
