My partner opened the door and TB did not want to hand over the letter because the pipo did not want to believe that I live at that address despite my name being on the doorbell and letterbox. This is the 2nd time this has happened. In contrast to the first time, I will not go after it because the last time I never received the letter despite having been driven 5 or 6 times.
