TBC Post comes with registered mail in the afternoon. Was not at home, so is kept for 15 days in the 'closest' TBC-Post point: 3 km away from me and other part of our municipality. But, no problem, you can ask for a 'second shipment', you don't even have to be home, just give them a power of attorney.
We are 2016, you have to print a form, fill it in and mail it to them, along with the front and back of the ID card. Is this not completely online and with eID?
