1 star is one star too many!
A bunch of prutsers who are anything but customer friendly on the phone!
And when asked why it wasn't just sent by mail, I got the answer ah, we are 10% cheaper. Well, I will gladly pay that 10% if I get a friendly and helpful person on the phone for that! Sad company!
