Only communicated with a manager named Doug S. who...

Only communicated with a manager named Doug S. who was very rude!! One of his employees hit me in a company vehicle and totaled my car, and when I called to be pointed in the right direction with their company insurance (since it was their fault) he basically told me he couldn t help me and refused to point me in the right direction. Phone call after phone call he always had the same answer. I don t know what to tell you .
Told me if I needed a car to call my insurance.......but he had a car lot full of cars that he can t loan me??? Not sure how he got in charge of that business....but because of him I would never refer anyone there. One person can ruin a business name and I m pretty sure he did.
