My wife and I were originally looking to view a partcicular vehicle that we were familiar with. After discussing it with Jason, we both agreed that another vehicle would be a better choice for us.
We made an appointment for the following day. As we pulled up, Jason was parking the vehicle we were interested in by the front door. He greeted and helped us immediately. Rather than falling in love with something we wouldn't be able to purchase, he qualified us first. Being in the lending industry myself, I know how key that was to establishing a good relarionship with us as his customers. After going through different scenarios that would possibly work, they found one that not only met our payment needs, but it got us the vehicle we wanted.
From the professional courtesy, to the tireless effort in getting us financed, to the personal touch from everyone involved, it easily made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. When I am shopping for another car within the next 3 months, I gurantee I will contact Jason and Taylor Kia first.
