I bought a car from this dealership in November 20...

I bought a car from this dealership in November 2018 and after that trying to get a hold of them for anything has been impossible. Called about what I thought was a check engine light that was actually a service light two weeks after buying the car, dropped it off, came to pick it up the next day and no one knew what I was talking about, and surprise! Service light still on. Made it up in the spring for an oil change, was honest on the after appointment review, and they hounded me on how it was very important to them that they fix whatever issues I had with their service. Also? Turns out the service light was just a tire pressure alert. The manager of the service center tried to say, well you said it was a check engine light. You're trying to tell me that when a tech pulled my car into the garage, looked at the dash, saw a service light instead of check engine light and was like "hey! Don't worry about it, just a service light," and then just put it back in the same spot I left it? They sent me a "free oil change" gift certificate, which says it's only redeemable with an appointment. No one answers the phone at the service center, so how can I make an appointment! Also I have a recall on my vehicle, that they probably won't be able to fix.
Summary: go here for a car if you want, but NEVER go back and NEVER try to use their service center.
