I received excellent service from Sales Pro, BAYO DINA, Sales Manager TONY PARENTE and Business Manager BEN FASANO JR. Thanks for making this an easy purchase. I have had my F150 about a week, am happy to be back in a truck again as my everyday driver. Kudos to the entire Tasca Team for delivering everything promised. I am Satisfied!

As Bob Tasca says, "you will be satisfied" and we were completely satisfied. Our sales associate, Victor DaCosta, was absolutely outstanding. He answered all of our questions and had everything we needed ready to go upon our arrival. My wife and I were treated with the highest degree of respect and we felt fully at ease with the entire process of purchasing one vehicle and leasing another. Kudos to the Tasca Family and Tasca Automotive Group, they are truly a premier auto dealership.

I have been dealing with Don Mailloux and Tasca Ford for many years. I have been leasing through them since 1998. Don always know where to direct me and is always straightforward and patient. There is never any strong armed tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships. Don knows I want to come in and go out with the new lease and he accommodates every time. He finds the best deal that works for me and my budget. I love Don and Tasca and recommend them very highly to everyone looking for a great car buying/leasing experience.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first new car, visit Tasca Automotive Group this past Saturday. There, we were greeted by a wonderful sales consultant, Bayo Dina. He already had the vehicle we expressed interest in, waiting for us for a test drive.

Bayo was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to answer all of our questions and took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle.

And unlike the stereotypical car salesman I have dealt with in the past, I didn't feel the pressure nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Bayo worked diligently throughout the process to get us the best deal on the vehicle and to ensure our complete satisfaction. He is also a man of his word, when he tells you he will do something, or call you by a certain time, rest assured he will.

Thank you Bayo for all the extra effort you put in to get us the vehicle we picked out and absolutely love. I hope your still there when its time to trade in the vehicle, because I will be asking for you when I do.

This place is AMAZING!!. Went to Chevy to buy a commercial truck all they wanted was, to sign the papers and get it done( not even a test drive they wanted me to do). Went to Tasca in Cranston. BOB warning (last name) lol.. helped me trough the process, and man, he was AMAZING. This gentlemen explained everything to me since the beginning to the end. DID NOT FORCE me to do anything that i wasn't comfortable. If you need a truck THIS IS THE GUY THAT YOU NEED TO GO! He even came out to meet me in his day off. Once again great, great guy, excellent person. Ask for him when you go to Tasca and you will not regret it!!!!!

I was only there to p/u an automobile part. But I was told they operate like a well oiled machine. Very busy place on the service end. Big operation. So go check it out. Be careful of the parking lot. People move in and out. quickly and expect people to know where your going.

Tasca Promise You will be satisfied in my case turned into You will be lied to over and over and walk away feeling cheated

Spent close to 2 months trying to find the vehicle that I wanted with the specific set of options that I was looking for, found exactly what I was looking for at Tasca. 2019 with 24k miles listed for $47,000. 9/5/2020 I went down an completed the transaction, no one ever mentioned anything about an issue with the title.

Starting on 9/15/2020 I had several conversations with Christina the sales person and she assured me that everything was fine and that townhall was to blame for the delay in processing my registration. On 9/24/2020 I called townhall to find out what was taking so long and they informed me that they had never received anything from Tasca. So I called the dealership back and they now started to blame the delay on the company they outsource the registration process to. Devin the finance manager promised that he would get them to expedite the process and told me that they would refund me the $150 registration fee. They provided me with a rental since my temp plates had now expired and the truck I purchased was no longer legal for me to drive.

On 9/28/2020 I went and talked to the GM Steve and he got very argumentative with me. Told me that they were going out of there way and losing money by providing me with the rental. I asked him what was taking so long and he said that they did not have the title. When I told him that Christina had been telling me from the start, that they had the title on hand he quickly threw her under the bus and told me that she has no idea what was going on.

Finally on 10/8/2020 after 35 days of lies and misinformation I had the registration to the truck I had purchased from them and could finally go and pick it up.

When I got to the dealership to pick up the truck. I asked Steve to please explain to me what had gone on. He told me they had been open and honest since the first day that they did not have the title, that they should not have sold me the truck without it and basically blamed the whole thing on me. When I told him that was not true and that Christina had been telling me from the day I bought it that everything was fine and they had the title on hand, he once again said she is just a sales person, she has no idea what is going on. When I told him that I not only wanted the $150 refunded to me for the registration that Devin had promised, but I felt like I was also entitled to the $400 documentation fee, he told me that they would not be giving me anything. He said that Devin had no right to have offered me that refund.

Buying a new vehicle especially one close to $50k should be an exciting experience. In my case not only did I not walk away feeling the Tasca promise of You Will Be Satisfied , but I walked away feeling lied to and cheated. Do not trust them with your money, no matter how perfect the vehicle is.

Cheated me out of a warranty issue. Actually erased my file even though I originally purchased my F150 there. Basically, I was not satisfied! I find a different Ford dealership much more genuine!

Out of the other dealerships I had went to previously, this dealership shined above the rest. It had a clean showroom, great lineup of vehicles and most importantly a patient and understanding staff. None of the staff pressured or harassed me but offered their help, service and knowledge. I was overly impressed and satisfied with my time there and even the communication after my purchase.

A recent visit to Tasca Volvo was one of the best dealership visits I've had thanks to their client focused and knowledgeable staff.

We arrived at Tasca Volvo early Saturday afternoon. Being a Saturday, the showroom floor was busy. We went in not knowing what exactly we wanted. XC90 vs XC60, Momentum vs Inscription, Bowers & Wilkins Sound System or not, finance or lease, etc. Not a small list of options/considerations. The front desk staff asked what brought us to Tasca and guided us through the showroom floor to Walter.

Walter, after a brief conversation on what we were looking for, gave a quick overview of an XC90 Momentum in the showroom and brought us over to an XC60 Inscription, also in the showroom. He let us know that he had another customer on a test drive but he worked with Greg who would be able to help us. Throughout our visit Walter checked in, making sure everything was going well.

Greg Thaxton was absolutely amazing to work with. Very patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. We test drove multiple cars to get a feel for how they drove and looked at many others for color and options. Having Greg be so knowledgeable on the Volvo brand was incredibly helpful when comparing so many different options. He was able to tell us the differences on the XC90 and XC60, the details on the Momentum and Inscription for each and how the various packages compared, also ball-parking costs. He was even able to provide details such as how the manufacturing process made Denim Blue in the XC60 harder to find.

While looking at one of the showroom cars for color, Bob Tasca came over to introduce himself and asked if we were being helped. We said yes and gave a quick compliment about the help we had received. He asked what vehicles we were looking at among some other conversational questions. It was great to have a conversation with him beyond just saying hi.

In the end we decided on an XC60 Inscription lease custom build.

I've been buying, leasing, and servicing my family...

I've been buying, leasing, and servicing my family's many Volvos here since 1998. Chris in the service department has been especially excellent to work with. He is respectful, smart, courteous, and clearly puts the customer experience at the highest priority. Whether I need a Hertz rental for a day or two, a shuttle ride to work or home, or just an hour or two wait with treats and a massage chair, I never need to worry about my treatment at Tasca.

Bayo Dina is the Best Sales Person you will every work with. We have been working with him since the late 1990's. We have purchased and leased many vehicles with him as our sales person. Bayo is very knowledgeable of all vehicles, Cars, Trucks and SUV's. He is very accommodating, professional, and a pleasant person to work with. We have recommended him to our family and friends.

David Del Ponte was a good fit for us. I usually get anxious about being pressured by car sales people but David was relaxed. No pressure, no strange jokes, just good listening and professional service. I would highly recommend him to others who are in the market for a new or used car. He was relaxed and attentive when attempting to determine the best car for my son. His was multitasking during our visit but managed to be very polite and attentive at the same time. He even bought us lunch. The sale went well and we returned the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the car. Thank you for a great experience. I will spread the word about our positive experience.

My 2015 Mustang was taken to 2 other Ford dealers ...

My 2015 Mustang was taken to 2 other Ford dealers for the same problem, based on my location at the time. One fixed part of it, the other said it was bad tires. A wasted trip to a tire dealer sent me back to Ford.

The service engineer at Tasca knew exactly what the problem was in a 5 minute test drive, this man is truly a pro. The car was fixed in a few hours and is perfect. It was so fast that I was initially skeptical, but they did a great job.

As a car enthusiast I am often tough to please and have to say that I am very pleased.

My 2010 F-150 needed service under an extended war...

My 2010 F-150 needed service under an extended warranty. The service tech at Tasca diagnosed the issue correctly and completed the repair perfectly, and they honored my extended warranty (with zero deductible and rental car) without any surprise charges. The replacement part took about a week to arrive at the dealership. During that time I had the use of their rental car and, because I was out of town when the repair was completed, they even delivered my truck to my home while I was away. It was waiting for me in my driveway when I returned!
I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I previously wrote a review on the difficulties we experienced purchasing our vehicle at Tasca Automotive Group. We dealt with one specific employee and our issues and problems were not handled properly. (See review 3/28/18, "Has not been pleasant") I would like to add to this for any future customers.
My husband and I returned our salesman's personal vehicle to the dealership in the morning 3/28/18. He had called to tell me to bring it in and I would be given a rental car while they were working on getting my car registered in Ct.
We were met at the door by the sales Manager, Elian Khouri. He immediately put us at ease. He was courteous and very reassuring that our issues would be resolved.
We left in a timely manner with a new clean rental car.
3/29/18 I have received a call that my car is finally registered. The dealership offered to bring it to me but I will return their rental car in the morning. I was also told no need to fill it up with gas upon return.
They had the small dent in passenger door fixed, the car washed and vacuumed.
I am very relieved and happy that the owners and management take the satisfaction of their customers seriously. It is hard to find many businesses that do nowadays.
I hope my salesman also gained knowledge and this does not occur again.

I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle because they do care and if something does go wrong they really do their best to fix it.

Multiple problems with Customer Service. Can never get a callback from a manager despite leaving many messages. Its been a month and issues persist. Very dissatisfied with the organization. Will never buy another car from them again. This is not a problem with Volvo or the actual car, but a problem with Tasca in particular.

I brought my car to the dealership for some basic maintenance and an oil/filter change. It could not have gone more smoothly. Great service from the guys at Quick Lube (as always) and I was in and out of there in a matter of 90 minutes or so. Thanks Tasca!

There was no back-and-forth nonsense, I made requests and he made them happen. After dealing with him and Rob (in finance) I won't go anywhere else.

I recently bought a vehicle from your Seekonk location, financed it. I now go with a buyer to get it appraised and come to find out that the hood and front bumper had been repainted. I was never told of this, now I dont know how safe my car is and this is what I use for my family. I am highly concerned and extremely unhappy with my experience and this purchase. Not getting any help from the manager on site after a phone conversation. Extremely dissatisfied. I will pass this on to friends and family. I can't believe I was sold a car without being disclosed that it had been re painted and most importantly, in a possible unreported accident. This is horrifying.

Brought my car in for a routine service, and to get the front brakes replaced. They didn't have my brakes in stock so it took them a little while to get a set from their warehouse, and once the parts arrived there was a problem so they had to send for another set. This added about another hour to my wait time, but they dug up an expired coupon and applied it to the brake job for the inconvenience.

after a long day of car shopping at several other dealerships where we dealt with pushy salespeople, we went to Tasca on a Sunday evening shortly before they were to closed and met with Eric Lima. From the outset Eric was easygoing, and immediately showed us a car we were interested in. He did not pressure us to make a decision that day and even told us to sleep on it and give him a call the next day. The ease we felt at Tasca prompted us to purchase the car and 6 months later we are still satisfied. Eric stayed late on Sunday to get our paperwork put together, and stayed late the following Monday to make sure the car and our financing were all ready for us to drive home. Within 24 hours we drove home with the car. I would Recommend Eric Lima to anyone who is looking to purchase a car without the stress or pressures of a typical car salesman.

I had the service performed at the QuickLane at Tasca Cranston. The details were explained to me. The service was completed in a little more than 2 hours. The car is running like new. The waiting area made it easy for me to do some work while I waited. Coffee is great!

Got a very great price on my vehicle! April, Victoria, and Walter were very, very, very helpful.

THE BAD:
For some reason there was a delay sending information to the DMV, so that caused a delay in being able to pick up the car. It was 3 weeks from the purchase date. The whole experience was stressful, getting different answers from the different people I was transferred to. The day before we went to pick the car up, someone said it would likely be two more weeks.

There were many misunderstandings . I think its due to the fact its a larger dealership. Everyone definitely wasn t on the same page.

It was very hard to reach the salesperson we worked with, constantly getting transferred to an answering machine, never receiving a callback.

Some of the people we connected to were rude and had no interest in trying to answer any questions/gather any information for us, just It s out of my hands.

Tasca has definitely gone beyond other dealerships in technology and customer service. I will be returning for all my service needs.

Everyone at the Tasca Volvo was terrific. Greg our salesperson was just terrific, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, no pressure sales, giving us a good price for our new car. I would definitely recommend him and Tasca Volvo to everyone. If he is a representation of the rest of the Tasca dealerships, you will have a great experience as well.

I want to start off by saying this is the only dea...

I want to start off by saying this is the only dealership I ve serviced my car with as this is where I purchased my vehicle! Sadly that was a big mistake. I ve taken my vehicle here for the same issue of 3 separate occasions and had an amazing service advisor who tried his best to resolve my issue with my windshield wiper fluid not working. I wish I remembered his name as he went out of his way to help me and attempt to resolve my issue. Most recently I called in to bring my car in but as I work two jobs I would ve needed a ride to work or a loaner car for the day to fix this issue. I simply can t drive a car when I can t clean the front windshield in the middle of winter! When calling in I explained my situation to the service dept, to be told that since the car was a Nissan I should just take it in to a Nissan dealer they ve already attempted to resolve the issue. What kind of business willingly pushes the issue at hand away and refuses not only money but a customer away? I needless to say was stunned and did exactly what was told, I took my car to a Nissan dealer that was able to give me an answer and address my concerns. While servicing my vehicle it was revealed to me that one issue is there was a good amount of OIL in my windshield wiper bottle! How could this be if I ve only serviced my vehicle at one location. This to me is ridiculous on its own. I m a girl and even when I open the hood of my car I know where the windshield wiper fluid goes, how could I dealership make such a careless mistake and not correct it and ultimately cause the whole windshield wiper pump to break. To be honest I m happy this issue was brought to a Nissan dealer as I now have a new place I can trust and take my car for service. I m also happy Tasca didn t catch this mistake to brush it under a rug and get my hard earned money to fix the problem they created.

Great car buying/ trade in experience at Tasca. If serviced my car here for awhile and believe I m always treated fairly and with respect. Rod and John were super helpful and did not provide a typical car buying experience. It was very enjoyable and I ll continue to purchase vehicles here as they ve gained my trust.

The Volvo service team was incredibly accommodating and helped make a relatively stressful experience quite pleasant. The staff members, Adam, Chris and Matt were very professional and went above and beyond! They fit us in their schedule with very short notice, offered transportation for us, delivered the car to us after the repair was completed & provided status updates on the vehicle while it was there. We were very satisfied with the service and staff!

I have purchased 5 new cars up to this point in my life with the last two being mostly positive experiences. Having said that, this experience today was far and away the most easiest purchase of them all. I initially received an e-mail and a follow up call from Tayla Folco after my internet inquiry on Truecar. She listened to what I wanted and ensured she gave me the exact quote I was looking for the type of vehicle I was interested in.As it turned out, the Sales Manager Bernie Spann was the one I met with when I went to test drive it and he along with salesperson Don Mailloux were the two that I dealt with while onsite. These guys made it so easy, such that the car I thought I wanted turned out not to be the right car for me after all. They didn't push or pressure me but let me figure it out after test driving it and listening to what I felt I didn't like about the car. Then they recommended I test drive a different model. I was unsure but they turned out to know me better than myself. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed. From there, the negotiations were seamless right through to getting my credit applications and financing squared away with Ryan Haxton. He was a gem and didn't try the hard sell with the after sale add-on stuff which he knew would have immediately put me off. In short I walked in, felt I was treated with respect and professionalism and drove home with an awesome car same day knowing i got a great deal. No muss, no fuss, no pressure. The ownership of this dealership should be proud of how the "customer first" experience is truly practiced by the staff I encountered in my buying experience here. Trust me you will not be sorry.

They were able to schedule my service appointment quickly and the courtesy ride to and from work was great. Chris Promades was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with the detail clean and the inspection. I do wish the oil change cost less. Lastly, my center console display is still rebooting so I will have to go back to Tasca to fix it.

David Delponte was spectacular! Above and beyond is his Mantra ... and that is so obvious. During my life I have probably bought 25 or more new cars and trucks. Not one of those experiences could match this one. During this process we had to involve the Manager, Steve Lawrence, he like David was a pleasure to work with. My experience with Tasca can be summed up with one word, BRAVO!!!!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!

I saw a gorgeous car online, spoke to a salesperson to set up an appointment, test drove the vehicle, Fell head over heels with this immaculate car, got a fair trade in value for my car and..........VOILA

Done deal within 3 hours.

Was treated like family the whole entire time being attentive to any question I had, offered lunch, coffee, water.

Most impressive was a tour of the facility getting to know the history of THE TASCA GROUP/FAMILY and feeling the warm, positive energy of each and every person working there which makes you feel valued as a customer.

Clearly a great decision to patronize this fine establishment, I thank you Jon Gonsalves for making everything wonderful.

5 STARS ALL AROUND UP AND DOWN!!!!
