THE GOOD:

THE GOOD:
Got a very great price on my vehicle! April, Victoria, and Walter were very, very, very helpful.

THE BAD:
For some reason there was a delay sending information to the DMV, so that caused a delay in being able to pick up the car. It was 3 weeks from the purchase date. The whole experience was stressful, getting different answers from the different people I was transferred to. The day before we went to pick the car up, someone said it would likely be two more weeks.

There were many misunderstandings . I think its due to the fact its a larger dealership. Everyone definitely wasn t on the same page.

It was very hard to reach the salesperson we worked with, constantly getting transferred to an answering machine, never receiving a callback.

Some of the people we connected to were rude and had no interest in trying to answer any questions/gather any information for us, just It s out of my hands.
