I want to start off by saying this is the only dealership I ve serviced my car with as this is where I purchased my vehicle! Sadly that was a big mistake. I ve taken my vehicle here for the same issue of 3 separate occasions and had an amazing service advisor who tried his best to resolve my issue with my windshield wiper fluid not working. I wish I remembered his name as he went out of his way to help me and attempt to resolve my issue. Most recently I called in to bring my car in but as I work two jobs I would ve needed a ride to work or a loaner car for the day to fix this issue. I simply can t drive a car when I can t clean the front windshield in the middle of winter! When calling in I explained my situation to the service dept, to be told that since the car was a Nissan I should just take it in to a Nissan dealer they ve already attempted to resolve the issue. What kind of business willingly pushes the issue at hand away and refuses not only money but a customer away? I needless to say was stunned and did exactly what was told, I took my car to a Nissan dealer that was able to give me an answer and address my concerns. While servicing my vehicle it was revealed to me that one issue is there was a good amount of OIL in my windshield wiper bottle! How could this be if I ve only serviced my vehicle at one location. This to me is ridiculous on its own. I m a girl and even when I open the hood of my car I know where the windshield wiper fluid goes, how could I dealership make such a careless mistake and not correct it and ultimately cause the whole windshield wiper pump to break. To be honest I m happy this issue was brought to a Nissan dealer as I now have a new place I can trust and take my car for service. I m also happy Tasca didn t catch this mistake to brush it under a rug and get my hard earned money to fix the problem they created.
