Any time that I've gone into the quick lube John has always taken care of me and never tried to sugar coat anything. He's always been straight forward with me. Very professional on all levels!!!!!

Got a new battery for my five-year-old Mazda3 from Tasca's Quick Lane Service Center. Eric was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied with their work. And I would recommend Eric and Tasca Quick Lane for rudimentary service for your car. They even gave me a lift back to my office when I dropped off my car. Same price as the dealership's main service center with appt.

This was an outstanding experience because of the opportunity and because of the amazing service by Walter Marsh. I would not have this opportunity if it were not for Walter.
He went above and beyond understanding my needs and wants and working to find the right vehicle for me. This is my third Volvo and my first time with Tasca. I got an amazing deal and great customer service. You can't beat that, especially in this industry.
I highly recommend this dealership and Walter Marsh.

This place is a joke straight up. I know I was warned about salesman and dealerships lying to you but at some point you need to pick a dealership to go to . I found a truck I wanted was told the would throw navigation in since they wouldn t budge on the price of the truck.First lie told me they got 29000 in the truck but are selling it to me for 27500. Second lie was they was the navigation would cost 700 and they will only 200 towards it ,after the salesman told me it would cost them 520 and because they just brought a ram dealership they can get it thrown in no problem. I then called Ram myself got a quote for 595 I then asked ram if there was any tax ,they told me No that is including tax. So basically if it did cost them 520 and they said it cost 700 which was a lie I would have paid 500 and they would have only actually paid 20 bucks towards it. Maybe the company has a million trucks but a 27500 dollar deal isn t small change to me ok and I would never make a 27500 dollar deal which would have been about 30000 after everything with someone that is lying to me. What else are they lying about. This is to the salesman s that messaged me telling I m intelligent and I m getting the truck wholesale which was the third lie. Your right I am intelligent. I am intelligent enough to get a price on the navigation which I did and RAM they told me it was only 595 unlike you telling me it cost 700. I m glad you sold the truck cause I will never recommend this place to anyone. LIES LIES that s the moral of this review BUYERS BEWARE AND BUYERS DO YOUR HOMEWORK

My husband and I came in to look at cars today. We had a couple of criteria in mind but were looking for some guidance also and had a budget to stick too. Mike walked us through the lot, answered all of our questions and helped us narrow our search to 2 vehicles. We test drove both and Mike went over all of the specs with us as well as pricing and differences between the two. He was honest, staightforward, and he listened to us. I think he knew which of the 2 we were going to pick before we did! He along with Rob in finance made the process easy from start to finish and we were able to take delivery of our vehicle same day. We will be lifelong customers and we've already started referring our family.

Watch out for the finance guy. He said I could get a better finance rate if I purchased the extended warranty coverage. When I asked why? He said the bank likes to know that the car is being taken care of correctly. BS! It's a hustle.

When pushed I got the same rate without the coverage.

Not sure if this is a bad employee who has an incentive on selling warranties or a corporate sales lie.

Easily give this rating of 5 stars! I Had previously went to another ford dealer and had a bad experience with them changing up a signed deal. Went to tasca and saw Lou who was able to give me a better deal on the same car and had it the next day. Lou is the best and recommend anyone to see him!

I m at the service center dropped my car off at 8 am a 2015 Mazda 3 for front breaks you would think they would have the parts available
I get picked up at 430 pm only to find out the car just went in and I have to wait 60! To 90! Minutes because they didn t have the parts.
I have two Mazda vehicles I will Never come here again!!!

My recent service visit proved, once again, that TASCA has great Service reps. and technicians with focus on providing great service and follow-through.

My mostly routine service went smoothly and Chris Promades kept me apprised of the effort. He also informed me that a critical part, needed to resolve one of my service needs, would be unavailable for a few days. (Ok, so I have an older car and some parts are not immediately available!)

Going the extra distance though, Chris and the mechanic discussed and obtained the special part locally, in an effort to provide TASCA's typically great service. Unfortunately, the part did not fit as anticipated, so Chris made certain the needed part was placed on order and he booked a follow-up appointment for final repairs. I left TASCA's service center with confidence, knowing there were no loose ends, TASCA had gone the extra mile and that this problem will be resolved.

It's comforting to know TASCA is there providing the best service possible. My thanks again to Chris Promades, the technician and TASCA

I have been a customer of Tasca Automotive for many years now and the buying experiences for myself, as well as for my mother, have always been excellent. I have worked with Steven Lawrence and he has gone above and beyond with regards to providing the highest quality service, while always listening to me as a customer. Over this past summer, Steven led me to Mike Perlini and Greg Thaxton in the Volvo department of Tasca. Again, the quality of customer service continued and they both worked to make my car buying experience extremely positive. Greg Thaxton was my sales associate and I just can't say enough positive things about him! If I contact him with any questions or concerns, he provides immediate and thorough feedback. Greg truly makes me feel appreciated as a customer and he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Volvo in an honest and authentic way. I was rear ended at a traffic light after only having my brand new XC70 for a little over a month and Greg was one of the first people I called because I knew he would help me navigate the process that would follow. He helped me organize the repair process and he even came to my place of employment to take my vehicle back when there was an additional repair to be made. The sales team at Tasca truly makes the car buying experience special and I highly recommend them to family and friends. I recently bought a used 2014 F150 super crew and the experience was awesome. My sales rep was Mitch Prudhomme. He was nothing short of excellent. Worked back and forth with me to give me the best deal possible. I have had a couple things come up with the truck and he has stood behind it and taken care of everything with 0 hassle including rental cars at no cost to me. He has made himself available to contact with any issues at anytime. I will be doing business there with Mitch again in the future.

From the time I walked in to look at the CX-5s in person, until the time I drove out in my pre-owned 2018, I was pleasantly surprised with the buying experience at Tasca. Don Mailloux introduced himself, asked me to look around, and politely excused himself to help another customer. He never pressured me, and helped to find the options & vehicle that was perfect for my needs and budget. The vehicle itself was a great deal, and I absolutely love it. Don worked with me for several days to be sure everything was as I wanted and still affordable. Ryan knew my budget & worked up many options to be sure I stayed within it, while still being able to add a remote start and other warranty options. Overall, I was very satisfied and would be happy to come back!!

After several weeks of visiting every Ford Dealership within 100 miles, I happened to visit Tasca Ford Cranston. There I was greeted kindly and introduced to Josephine. She is a wonderful person and a definite star cf the Tasca Team. After being quoted ridiculously high prices for high mileage Explorers at every other dealership, Josephine settled me into a fine 2015 Explorer with low miles for thousands less than any other person who had my best interests in mind. The staff at Tasca were very kind, patient, and willing to help me through the experience! I had Jon who worked with my family and I on picking my new Ford Escape! He helped me find exactly what I wanted in my price range - and I m truly happy with the find! Ryan was the finance man - a true hero! He helped me by explaining everything so I understood. The staff walking around always offered water, coffee, etc. Tasca in Cranston is certainly one of my all time favorite places to be - and of course when I m ready for another car - I will be coming back!! 10/10! - also everyone always has a smile on their face! In particular my sales consultant Lou Colon worked very hard on the deal. I purchased a pre owned vehicle with low mileage. This vehicle is immaculate and in near new condition. Great overall experience. Ask for Eric Lima in sales for a laid back take your time car purchase. No pushy sales gimmicks like "will you buy it now if". We had been shopping for 2 months and ended up purchasing a used car that was 2 years old and had 25 k miles. The price was competitive and could not find this particular model cheaper at any other dealership.

Excellent customer experience. Flew into Providence and was picked up at airport promptly and warmly by Lou, my salesman. Actually was picked up in vehicle I was purchasing so got an extra opportunity to examine and inspect it on way to dealership. Met owner of dealership plus other family members who are also involved in day to day operation of this family enterprise. All very friendly and obviously interested in my having an informative and enjoyable experience. Prior preparation made final closure and financial agreements very fast and straight forward. Vehicle was in excellent shape and I had no problems in a full day drive home. Overall one of the quickest, most efficient and most enjoyable car buying experiences I have had.

I personally treat my car appointments like medical appointments, "if you find something wrong, let's handle it and move forward."

I can say without a doubt that the quality of customer service that I've received since purchasing a Ford and solely going to Tasca is bar none. The individuals that have worked with me for the past 8 years (Chris, David, John) care about results, which I thoroughly appreciate.

My favorite part about going to Tasca is how well prepared everyone seems to be, they keep an up-to-date log of all of the services and maintenance that has been done to your vehicle and make recommendations and suggestions which helps me with budgeting throughout the year.

My lease was nearing its end when I received a call from Daria at the Tasca Group asking if I wanted to review my options. I said yes and I chose an appointment for a couple of days later. We arrived at the dealership about 15min early, parked right in front, and entered through the front door. The dealership was clean and well staffed. They even have a cafeteria.
I was greeted immediately and Tony arrived in less than a minute. He introduced us to Bayo Dina, who would walk us through all of our options. Bayo was gregarious and knowledgable. He reviewed our current lease agreement and informed us of the options.
We wanted to continue to lease so Bayo showed us several vehicles. 2018's as well as 2019's. He informed us of ways to reduce the price of the lease and encouraged us to test drive at least one vehicle. We opted for a 2018 top of the line sports model EDGE. It listed for $14,000 more than the 2015 we were surrendering, but we ended up paying just about the same for the 3 year 45,000 mile lease. This made us very happy. The financing with Andrew was a breeze.
We were at the dealership for about 5 hours though it did not seem that long. Bayo stayed with us the entire time, never took a break, never took lunch and I happened to hear him cancel an appointment so that he could finish with us. He never seemed rushed and happily answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining all the Gadgets/options on the vehicle. We felt like we had made a new friend. Thank You Bayo...see you in three years, if not before.

Our company has over 60 vehicles in our fleet, some we perform service ourselves and others we have to send to the manufacturers dealers. And as we have many different makes and models we sometimes have the unfortunate experience or two with dealers. But not with Tasca. They always get us in on time and more importantly out in a timely fashion. Our contact person is Eric DeFalco and he is always pleasant and on top of things for us. We are lucky to have him and Tasca.

Was told not to send the car through the car wash and he did send it through. The car wash scratches cars, they know it, and yet they don't fix it????? John was rude and pushy on top of that. Tasca just lost my business for service and sales. Way to listen to the customer John!

They sold me a service plan for my Ford F350 Diesel. It was supposed to be 200,000 mile wraparound warranty. Come to find out it only covers 20 components in the engine only. It has been a year and we are still dealing with this. They're only excuses is that they sold us the most expensive warranty there was. They keep telling me it's a wrap it covers everything. Meanwhile Ford and every other Ford dealer for telling me it's just the engine. We were had they are all liars. Even in the contract we signed says it was a wrap. Ford says that warranty doesn't even exist. I guess we'll have to get a lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else anywhere is better.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Tasca Automotive, specifically from Michael Huling. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. I was just beginning my search for a car when we stopped at Tasca and I was very undecided on what type of vehicle I really wanted. Let's just say that Michael was very patient and never gave the impression that he just wants to sell me a car. He honestly wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. I'm glad to say that I have owned my new car for 2 weeks now and am very pleased with my decision. I would recommend Michael Huling to anyone in the market for a car.

Dear Tasca,

This was my first solo car buying experience. I've always had my dad to assist, but he passed away unexpectedly this past March.

I felt very comfortable talking to Anthony C., the salesman, as well as Dell Green, the finance manager. Anthony C. answered all of my questions, was very patient, and supportive. Dell also worked hard to get me an auto loan within my budget.

I am completely satisfied with my experience, and would recommend Tasca Ford to any friend or family member looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I'm very impressed with Tasca Group, and especially impressed with and appreciate of Dave Del Ponte, who assisted my daughter. He really went the distance with us. I'm a career engineer and I honestly did not expect a salesman to know what he's selling me "under the hood". I was wrong. Dave was also not afraid to tell me "I don't know, but I'll find out" instead of just throwing me an answer. I never felt like I was being "sold" a truck. He listened to everything my daughter had to say, what she wanted, what I expected out of a vehicle. The Tasca showroom, btw is inviting, warm, comfortable. Once Dave agreed to my terms, he handled everything, including a last minute bargain to include an auto starter, I'm talking an 11'th hour request (ok, demand) by me. I would without hesitation continue to give Tasca my business and search out Dave D to facilitate it.

Had basic service done on my F150. Did not fill washer fluid, left one tire down 10 pounds compared to the others. Apparently there is an issue with lug nuts swelling on the F150 so instead of telling me this they put them back on and wrote on the slip lug nuts are swelling. Now I can't get them off.
Update. After speaking with David Mooney he made sure things were corrected. Lugs were replaced. Thank you

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I had a steering problem with my 09 Ford Escape. I called Tasca service on Tuesday, they said they would be able to look at with in 24 hours. The next day they call and say it will be another 24 hours before they look at it. Then the next day, they call again and say that they wont even look at it for another 5 days! So my car will sit there for a week before it is even looked at! I asked about a loaner car and they said they wont give me one. If they had told me this in the beginning I never would have had it towed there. I am out $322.00 already for a rental car, now I have to spend another $346.00 for another rental because I have to have it towed some where else and start all over again. Tasca SUCKS!!!!
