One of the biggest insurance company in UAE, close to metro station, nice interior with led cylinder led screen, lift service for double second floor, big lounge, many meeting rooms, car parking, coffee and water for clients best service customer care service.
You can't cancel your policy and get back refund in between with any reason.It gets refund with calculated amount in visa cancellation only

Great customer services. Waiting period was not more than 1 minute. I required a help from their side with filling in the documents etc, they helped me with everything by phone for more than 30 mins. I called the call center, the lady who answered the call was struggling and did not give me any chance to ask any questions. Only gave the location and said if i have any questions i need to come by my self. Worst customer service.

I have Takaful Emarat Insurance policy (compulsory insurance) for my mother. Last year she got admitted to hospital due to some health issues and I got good support from the Insurance provider.

One of the horrible companies you can find. I had applied and paid on December 23, 2016 and it mentioned my cards will be ready for collection in seven days. The telephone is not answered ever .Card not yet received !!!!!!! DHA should do the inquiry and action on such type of company.
Great place to buy insurance if youre an Expat. Seems to have been recently upgraded or have new management. Have everything i needed, and very friendly and helpful staff.

i cant find mins rating to give them , the worst insurance company in UAE , never got answer in thier call centre , almost called ten times then got answer the call with very rude agents and non professional works , after five month from submitting my wife claim ,they denid to pay me my money back by justifying thier poor service with non convencied reason , the managers afraid to talk to the customer and solve his problem ,,my fault that i have not read the people reviwes about this compnay service ,never seen any good comment toword them ,

I have delivery coming my wife can not have normal delivery since she had c section last child. And they refuse c section because there is no justification.

Have been customer of Takaful for 6 years now. Bought Iridium plan for my child last year for approx 3100 when looking to renew the costs increased to almost 5k (Iridium plan). The increased break up- premium 3990 additional premium 600 plus Basmah plus Vat.
Have used the card only for child s vaccinations which is supposed to covered fully till 6years of age as per dha.
Used only twice or thrice for fever. The new rate is definitely not acceptable and not getting correct response from customer care.
Want to apply as a new policy through the online portal if they are not willing to let off the extra costs for renewal
I bought TAKAFUL EMARAT (NEXTCARE) insurance for my husband thru insurancemarket.ae
The insurance is worth nothing at all. It is a complete waste of money. With Takaful Emarat/Nextcare we experienced the worst customer service ever. There are no words to describe how unhappy and frustrated we are. Nothing is covered, even life treating situations. It is a fraud. They are cheaters.
Do not get this insurance, they are rejecting all tests that the doctors requested. The customer service is rude and they do not have a clue.

When I call after 12 days a rude lady answers and without even inquiring about policy number she says call after January 20, 2017. When I asked it was supposed to be seven days, the reply was we are very busy and don't have time. You should have applied earlier. Upto the limit she mentions "even you paid and the policy has started you cannot use the service until you get the cards and its not our problem if you cant use".

Been a customer for a couple of years, yet had a situtaion that required a lot of flexibility from the company. Ms Amal took over my case, and showed not only professionalism on dealing with it, but a great sense of willingness. I believe if your dealing with your customers you must be willing to go the extra mile. Loyal customer from now on. Easy of access via website, and quick on respond to emails as well.

Got an email that my insurance card is ready, so i went to pick it up.. They made me wait 4 HOURS just to tell me they can't find my card..
They organize the cards sooo badly that it takes about 10 minutes to serve a client.. Absolute garbage service.

They are not good at all, don t get any plans with them, they are so bad in dealing with their customers and very slow in responding and taking any actions and finally if there is emergency they won t provide a clear way of changing your plan (literally your money might be lost with them)
They deserve zero stars. I bought a premium insurance for my dad this year who was later diagnosed with nuerodegenarative illness. Takaful have unlawfully refused to pay the claims and provided no basis for their decision. I dealt with their senior customer manager Sofian, senior claims manager John and their head of medical Samah who failed to present any evidence for their decision. They came across as an amateur company with no qualified people to make decisions on medical claims (no doctors!). Their decisions were made on commercial basis and they are profit driven, not based on integrity and consumer right. I am reporting them to the DHA. If you want a professional insurance company then avoid Takaful. Honestly avoid this amateur company, they will decline your claims at every possible chance and you will only have a terrible experience with them. They provide inconsistent quality, you just never know what decision they will make, it depends on the person handling it!! no objectivity! They once approved a direct claim I made, then they refuted the decision and didn t provide any basis! You d rather pay a little extra for more professional companies and get a good level of service for your health insurance. Terrible company, shame on you.

COC for my company took 2 month and till now not provided worst insurance ever.
Do not get this insurance they are rejecting all tests that the doctor requested. they do not care about your health. they are not covered with most of the pharmacy here in UAE. they do not cover the expensive meds. In short they dont care if you die in UAE. they do not know anything just to collect money from their clients. this is a total rip off
It was our wrong decision to go with Takaful Emarat. It's worst insurance company which we have experienced in Dubai. This insurance company doesn't have the courtesy to come back to their clients even they die and smell badly. Still no action.

I would like to inform post my complaint below. That the customer service team have been really quick in responding with email. To which I replied back with details regarding my issue.
In less than an hour to my surprise I recieved a call from a very kind and helpful representative- Amal from the customer relations team.
She carefully explained the situation to me, stating at the time of purchasing the insurance I had only shared the Emirates ID application since my wife was not in the country. I was told that I had to provide the EID and Visa details post completion.
I replied saying this process was not communicated and since this was my first time purchasing insurance I wasnt aware. And that this information should be carefully mentioned while providing the policy certificate to the customers. To which she agreed- which was a positive and correct response.
I have forwarded my requested details and awaiting the updated confirmation alongwith the card details. Which I believe I'll receive soon. I would like to mention I am now pleased with them. And really appreciate the quick and effective response of the sales team. And would request everyone to update their details to avoid such issues.
INITIAL COMPLAINT:
I just had a bad experience. Got the insurance for ky wife. Have not used it for most of the year. Offlate she has been having knee pain so we thought we would go to Prime @ Sheikh Zayed. Upon verification with EID number the GP says she is not applicable for the NAS Value network as it does not reflect on the system. Despite of showing him the policy certificate and network list. Tried calling thier call centre but they are only available till 5pm. What are ppl suppose to do in emergency if ever? Waste 2 hours! And waste of aed 2.5k odd. Will take a different insurance moving forward!
Process of buying a policy was very fast and smooth!
There was a mistake in the policy beneficiary name, most probably my mistake...i emailed customer service and they fixed everything in 2 days without an issue and send updated policy to me.

Purchased individual insurance for my daughter thru credit card,
process was simple while purchasing it... A link for payment was received on the email and i did pay the required amount. Found after a month, card was charged Three times the price ... Contacted them, they had no clue what went wrong at their end. There was no apology, not contacted at all. Chased them thru email and the only reply i got was that they are processing refund which i should expect after a month via cheque. After a month, I was asked to collect and i did. Found that I received AED 40 less than I was expecting. They explained it was VAT charges, paid for what?.. again no explanation... Just yesterday I had to use insurance for my daughter who was ill. Went to the clinic reception and i found the Insurance is INACTIVE!! I called, one of their staff whose number was available, he simply said, cant help you and dont call me on my day off. tried reaching customer service by call but no one to answer the call. The only possibility is to visit their office and catch them at front but again managing a time out from office during the working hours is too difficult. I will NEVER recommend Takaful Emarat which is a worst worst company in UAE.
When my wife came to renew her health insurance, they quoted her 130,000 AED, up from 8,500AED a year earlier because she got pregnant. Is this even legal? The insurance looks good on paper but trust me you will pay for it all and then some. I should have read these reviews beforehand :(
Update: They requoted us 70,000 AED and then 45,000AED after complaints to DHA.

I wish there was an option of 0 stars. The customer service head Mr Sofian's main job is to just sho people off. He's an extremely arrogant and rude head of customer service. The guy has zero medical knowledge and doesn't move a single bone to help the customer out. The guy just wants to argue and not help you at all for any query. Please avoid for medical insurance you're much better off with mednet or oman insurance.
