Not appearing in any hospital I visited 2 hospitals this company not showing in system or didn't provide complete details... Hospitals didn't accept my insurance I had to pay complete amount

If there was a 0 star option I would have given that. For the basic AAFIYA category of insurance that the Govt. has mandated for Senior Visa requirements, the company is nothing less of a SCAM with Zero value add for the customer despite doubling the premium last year! They have now changed the network list in the middle of the year, saying it is a value add with additional clinics added! But when we checked our old clinic of 2 years is gone! And we have to now look for new clinic that is absolutely not convenient.

Worst insurance company ever! There is no choice but to continue with this one sided relationship because of visa requirements, but if the Government is able to read these reviews, I wish they realize how unfair and no value at all the option of Takaful Emarat is.

Excellent service provider, have been renewing yearly close to policy expiration date and the process is always smooth. Had an issue with expired contact details, the customer service representative was very prompt and did what was required right away. 10/10 would recommend to f&f.

Absolute joke. Took out a platinum policy with them (takaful / next care), and I have developed severe muscle pain in my back over the past couple of weeks.they use EVERY reason to not cover any BASIC physio sessions (nothing expensive), and they actively find other unrelated issues as reason for denying me the sessions that are in my policy. I have gone to all the providers under the next care network, and still, no cover. I understand that some things are not covered if considered chronic,but my issue is NOT chronic, and yet they try to make it so by relating it to things I dont even have pain for just so they can duck out of their coverage.Worst provider ever. The sooner my policy is finished with them the better.

Worst service ever, our insurance for 8 month old child is still not linked with the NAS insurance, we are waiting in the clinic, no one is answering our calls.
First of all with out our consent they convert to Nas insurance and after 8 months still not linked with the new insurance agent.

Whole Life Insurance Policy, frauds, cheaters etc...got cheated, loss all my one year saving, when ask for refund its all gone in deduction, wrong information provided by the sales agent saying that after one year i can withdraw at anytime...and its a investment plan where i can double my amount every year. Im very much frustrated by this company, please say no to TAKAFUL EMARAT INSURANCE

Edit: The account owner responded below, so I'd just like to respond to that. I appreciate you standing by your team and your T&Cs, but I did mention that I submitted a company-issued salary certificate in lieu of a MoL salary contract _after consulting with your customer service on the phone_. I explained the urgency of the situation to them and mentioned that I would not be able to dig up a current MoL contract on such short notice, and they said a company-issued letter would serve just as well. Then I had to wait 11 days to find out they were wrong. That is what is truly disappointing, and all the while my employees keep asking me about their insurance and I have no meaningful response because Takaful is taking so unbelievably long to process this.

Absolutely awful customer service. Hands down, some of the worst I have experienced in Dubai, and that's saying something.

I have an ongoing case trying to insure my employees with Takaful's Basic Plan as a temporary measure while we are between insurances. I hate that we are currently without any medical insurance, but the situation was unavoidable, and I figured the best thing I could do was get policies with Takaful to cover us in case of emergencies. Boy was I wrong.

I started purchasing policies online on October 2nd, nearly two weeks ago. At the advice of their customer service, I uploaded salary certificates issued by the company instead of the requested labour contracts. 11 days later, I get e-mails from one "Glorie" asking me to submit labour contracts. What the deuce? 11 days AFTER I PAID FOR THE POLICIES, I get told information that contradicts what I was told when I initially purchased the policies. It's ridiculous.

So, I respond. Then today, a further two days later, Glorie e-mails me back nothing more than a re-iteration of her previous e-mail. This is really quite disgraceful.

I would caution everyone against getting policies with Takaful Emarat.

I was told the insurance card will be ready in 7 working days but still call and check.after 5 working days i called and they said it is ready for collection. So i went to their office and was made to wait almost 30 mins and finally a tall egyptian guy came to me with a rude attitude as if i was there for some favour from him. He told me its not ready and he cant print it for me now. I really wonder if these guys know even what customer is. Such pathetic service you get from these people. Any one with self respect will not deal with these arrogant people...

This is the worst company for mandatory Insurance. Highly Unprofessional. I had applied for Insurance for family members on 19th December and they so far given me only one health card although it was applied on the same date. Do not ever approach them for Insurance. They cannot handle pressure and customer service is zero. Bunch of amateurs who are running this company without any management experience. Instead of using a courier service to deliver the health cards they are asking to collect. In what age are they living in ?

I went to their office today and was informed that there will be no card issuance as supposed to what was mentioned online when I purchased the insurance last December. The staff explained that although there was an actual card to be given out, DHA advised them to link the insurance to the insured person's UAE I.D. I was given a print out confirmation that the insurance I purchased is already active which also indicates the member number of the APN network. Though the office was packed and busy, staff are helpful and accommodating to my queries.

Was satisfied with the policy and coverage until my last case with them.
Had to follow up many times with the customer service @ NAS regarding the coverage for COVID19 Test. They had mentioned to submit all the proof and it'll be approved.
I submitted all the proofs after filling all the forms and taking the pain to get them signed by the hospital which suggested it was mandatory and not an option.
In the end, i was simply refused with the reason it's not covered under the policy.
Not renewing again with them.

been requesting for the amendment of health insurance certificate but until now they still not given me my request. all the proof about the sponsor of the employee has given to them but still they want the visa proof.... it seems they don't know the procedure. HEALTH INSURANCE CERT must be issued first before the employee can get the visa stamp on their passport. i submiited transfer document, NOC, invoice /receipt that we already paid for the visa transfer of the employee but still they are delaying the issuance of the certificate

Dont buy any insurance from this company. You will end up with lots of stress as even if your doctor recommended that you be admitted, their own doctors will say that no, they need more justification. Take note, their doctors! And take note, I have a toddler and was positive for influenza b.

Beware, dont but from them. Crappy service.
