Takaful Emarat is a great health service provider in UAE.
I applied for my entire family NAS plan as it is accepted at most of clinics and major hospital in UAE.
The process for applying new policy or renew policy is simple and convenient. Customer service is excellent and give prompt response.

Very very bad. They should be banned of doing business. Never answer the phone. Fake lists of network. No info available about the insurance cover.

Good Customer care and peace of mind insurance services.

Worst insurance company ever ! Never buy !
There is a term in the contract where they can change their policy anytime they want without telling you!

Very pathetic, it's not covered any hospital and clinic

Applied for mandatory insurance now it has been 4 month no card has been issued ,I'm advising everyone don't ever think about going there or you'll regret :)

I did big mistake selected this insurance company for my family health insurance . i had applied online and not received any confirmation through mail . Good that i have take screen shot of my insurance number .. from 22nd December every day trying to call them at least 10 times to reach them but not succeed. very very bad customer service that i never seen others than this company .

DHA should not approve like this company in future .

Dear friends please go to other company which is available online ( like orient insurance , noor takaful )
