The service on the vehicle was great as usual as were all the employees I dealt with. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday I was told it was in B11. When I got to the stall there was no vehicle there. It was then I realized it was not my key. I went back to the counter, was given the correct key and told where my vehicle was. Strike two. I have a CR-V this vehicle was a Civic. My CR-V was 2 rows and 5 stalls away. I was very surprised because T&T Honda is usually way better than this. Oh well, I guess we all have our off days.
