what kind of restaurant serves steak but doesn't have horseradish?? I ordered the ny strip medium rare, cut in, looked at it it was mid well. asked for a refire mid rare, came back cold and raw in the middle. this place is a joke. waited 20 minutes for my steak to be cooked again and it still wasn't right. I was too hungry to complain again, so I didn't care and had strip tartar instead. my 4 year old nephew ate most of my steak instead. my mom had the ribs and the texture was like vulcanized rubber. never going back again, even if there's a special

Good food, Disgusting Restrooms, Not best service..

Porter Ranch TGI Fridays is the best restaurant. Their staff are always extremely polite, pleasant, extremely apologetic if they did anything wrong, and uniquely respectful to their customers. Extremely unpleasant/unhappy customers are dotted. I think making everyone's visit pleasant.
BEST TASTING FOOD. Every thing comes out hot, looks appealing, cooked perfection and extremely tasty with the right amount of whatever it takes to be the best.

The food was really bad. The restaurant it self was dirty.

Today the service was good but not great. However, the stout cake was very good.

Karaoke was fun. Ordered the hottest wings. Disappointingly mild. And, in my opinion, were probably fried before being fully thawed. Had a tough, rubbery consistency. Very disappointed.

Great service , the only downside is that it is so expensive appetizers are the price of regular plate, I was with a party of four we only ordered appetizers and we paid around a $100, then went to the in n out next door because we were still hungry!!! I mean if u don't know what to do with your money, that's definitely the place for you!

The restraunt was almost empty. They have a smaller menu then they use to due to covid, but it did have a few new items on it. The food was good and the staff super friendly. I tried the new loaded fry burger, it was a bit dry not the meet itself but the bun could have used a sauce on it. Overall I liked it and the appetizers sampler was on point and delicious.

NASTY Experience. Place was dirty. Food and other stuff all over the floor. Tables needed to be cleaned off so our wait time was 37 minutes with barley anyone in there. Host and waitresses rude and standing around talking and not servicing the customers. 43 minutes to get Food and it was cold and sent back. Did not reorder. Watched the manager stand in the bar section for almost an hour minutes talking with 3 ladies and telling workers what to do from there... OMG! This place went down hill.

Worse experience ever I got there with my family after going trick or treating the restaurant was not full but it took them 40 mins to sit us the the waitress was rude I oder chicken wings and they where burned and at the end since I am a member I ask to get credit for my check on the fridays point like I have done hundreds of time in many different TGIF them she doesn't do it tells me to 1800 fridays she was very rude our server name was Rain she was horrible! Avoid this place!

Food isnt of the highest quality to begin with and the waiters are not very attentive. Takes a while to get your order and even then its not too good.

It's good there staff is ok sometimes but overall good food

Wow !....I always wanted to try TGI Fridays I guess for more than 25 years and I never did but recently I was invited by my best friend because his Birthday and I realize what I was missing ....A great Restaurant with great food and a great service I did really love it.....

We visited this place and were completely disappointed by the poor food (service was good). We ordered fried shrimp, a burger and a BBQ salad. The frys came cold, the shrimp batter was soggy as well as the deep fried onions of the salad, as if they sat around long before we came. The salad chicken was dry and cold.
Bad experience compared to the branch in Nagoya Japan which we enjoyed frequently.

Lost a star because it's not always Friday. I have work tomorrow.

This location is very unclean. Floors are dirty, the devise you use to pay is filthy, the front door glass is filthy. The food came out cold to our table and we heard others around us complaining of the same thing. The manager and servers were all very pleasant. Just mediocre food and a very dirty facility! Reflects on poor management

Not the best TGI Friday s experience I ve had at the Northridge location. My husband and I were seated in a reasonable amount of time during dinner hours (8:30 pm) on a Friday night. But after getting seated, it felt like we were practically invisible! We had at least 3 different servers walk by, look directly at us and just kept on going without so much as asking if we have been helped or offering us a beverage. We didn t have anything on our table, not even water. Trying to flag someone to stop and help was a challenge, so after about 10 minutes or so we got up and left. We told the hostess on our way out why we were leaving so that hopefully it wouldn t happen to the next guest at that station. We won t be going back there.

What a great surprise. Hidden behind a tiny understated sign and doorsmall entry bar is a lively dining scene. GREAT spicy jambalaya. Wonderful cheese grits. They get it right on all fronts. Wow!

It is a corporate business so the food is always the same no matter which store you visit. We have been lucky as it has always been good no matter when or where. What made it nice was the young lady who took care of us had used a bit of glitter lotion on her eyelids and a few other places, that made it interesting and fun to await her next table visit. Those visits were often enough to make us glad we stopped in. Good food&Good service...who could ask for more.

Jack daniels sauce on the burger makes the difference. Just sad they charge dor extra sauce.

Nice service but the patties on the sliders were very dry and it took 30 minutes for the order to be served.

My family and I had to wait 55 minutes to receive our food which was cold and incorrect the service from the bartender and waiter work great but the fact that we have wait so long for food to be wrong and on top of that cold wasnt ok

Server was coo but the food presentation was garbage. Never again!

Food took to long to come our and appetizer came out just a few minutes before the dinner.

Try the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, ours delicious!

Horribly filthy and the Staff doesn't care. The food tastes frozen and reheated.

Their full rack of ribs for $12.99 to $14.99, with 2 sides, is terrific.

Took a seat at bar table with party 3, 10 minutes later that told we need to vacate the table beacause someone reserve the table. Got hold of manager explained situation, she was sorry that happened. We simply left the TGIF without order any food.

Sizzling chicken and shrimp plate was a let down. Doesnt taste as great, didn't taste good at all.

Very busy place..Bartenders did need to pay more attention to customers...I sat for at least 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even said anything to me like be with u soon or what can I get you.

This place is great. I went for a early dinner late lunch and thier was great deals!!! My BF got steak and lobster for $15.99 I think and I got fried shrimp, it was delicious... Our server was a really nice man blonde hair glasses so it was nice.. Food came fast and it was a clean environment which is also very important to mention. Would highly recommend

We were there on a very cold night sitting by the door. A worker was holding the door open so she could smoke. We could smell the smoke plus the cold air coming in. Very unprofessional. I ask them to close the door. She wasn't to happy... Not going back there again. Food was just okay..

Crowded but seating in the bar was available. Haven't been here in a while, hasn't changed. Food is good but not great.

Our waitress Alma has such a bubbly and welcoming personality and made lunch that much more pleasant. I wish more people in the world had as good of an attitude as this woman!

We had ribs and a burger, both were excellent. Sabine was a great server and Ray is a hands on caring manager. Thanks!

The bar was amazing. The service was fantastic and the appetizers were awesome.

They are no match for Applebees or Outback, I was at TGI twice, and had the same impression, overpriced frozen stuff. 5 bucks more and you have way better experience on the others two that I mention.

Came here with a group of 26. It took 45 minutes for our 6 tables to get a combined 6 menus. When I asked if we could get more menus and a waitress told me that they don't have enough to accommodate us. The sarcasm in her voice should've been our warning to leave. We stayed and the experience got worse. We will not return needless to say in a group or individuals. Completely disappointed with the staff!

U know i came here the first time and loved it i even tipped way above the sujested tip then i came with my wife and kid and i asked for 1 beer n my wife a regular drink waitress never came back to ask if i wanted another beer or refill we ate our food with out any other drinks the third time i came with my mother in law and my kids same thing happen no drinks plus when we asked for something i felt as if the waitress was in a bad mood i hope this doesnt happen to everyone but ive given them enough tries im just disapointed by waitresses i dont know if ill go back the food is good service from waitres was bad on many occasions i say becuz one is too many for tgi

Prompt and attentive service. Food was absolutely delicious, unique, and beautiful.

It was limited. Many regular items were not on the menu do to the pandemic.

It's been a very long time since I've been to Fridays the last time I went was probably 8 + years ago and the drinks were awesome the food was great I don't know what happened to the place the food is horrible I was very unsatisfied with it the waitress was very nice however the food took forever to get there and there was nobody there we got there at 3 p.m. there was literally one of the family there weighted close to 40 45 minutes I believe for the food and another 20-30 minutes for the drink was extremely satisfied we normally go to Outback Steakhouse which is awesome thought I'd try something different I'm sorry I did $340 bill for 10 people was not worth it at all at a rather gone to Taco Bell for a dollar Outback Steakhouse here I come back again

Food was over cooked and cold, 3.50 for a salad and got more lettuce then tomato, one cherry tomato cut in half in 3 strips of cheese, that is not a salad, went there Thanksgiving Day they opened at 3 we got there at 3:10pm we didn't get our food till 4:14pm, they didn't have a good Chef that day
