Their deals they have are amazing. We got the 3 for 20 and the food was great and the portions seemed a bit small but after appetizers main course and dessert you deffinatley get full and all for only under $22. The only reason their getting 3 stars is cause the waitress was super slow with the food. She was nice and everything but took way to long and the place wasnt that full so that being said 3 stars. All in all though a great deal for 2 people especially date night.

Nice to finally go out to a restaurant, good food and really good service.

I've always enjoyed eating at Friday's. The food and atmosphere are complemented by deals and specials that make any night out feel like a treat. Our server, Nancy, took great care of us and the manager, Ray, made our time at Friday's a special occasion. Great experience!

Good spot to watch games but they can do better with there food

Food was great, service was not the best. I get it though, they were pretty busy but still not acceptable. On the brighter note, I really enjoyed the food. The ribs were perfect. The lobster tail was a bit salty though.

I like the lunch specials which are moderately priced. The service is always good and if you're in a hurry you can pay at the table with the card machines.

Went on a sunday. Pretty busy. We were seated fast. Once seated our waitress took too long to even acknowledge us. She didn't even offer to get our drinks first. Other ppl who were seated after us we helped by their waitress/waiter before us. Food wasn't that expensive but not jaw dropping taste.

The bartenders are cool. I ordered long island tea and it was great! The food however, was cold. I ordered mozzarella sticks they were super soft, no crunch. And one of then looked to have been bitten off of. I recommend the drinks, food wasn't up to my standards.

Wings, beer, and karaoke. Need I say more? ah and the bartenders also sing karaoke!

My lobster & steak was very delicious. Took them more than 5 mins to acknowledge us and to seat us! Strangely as no one was ahead of us?!...

Sunday's service could be a lil better. But food was good and the server was nice.

My wife and I go there every Friday. Hostesses Mida and Brandy are very pleasant. We always want to be seated with Sebina. Very enjoyable.

We accidently dropped our credit card between the cracks in the bench by the liquor wall! The manager was really nice and helped us get it out. Good customer service!!

ALL of the waiters in the bar have HORRIBLE attitudes (except for Clayton). They make you feel like you're a nusience and hate doing things for you, in addition to the food taking a very long time. Awesome happy hour, but the service was terrible.

I was disappointed with TGIF Fridays. The food selection was limited, and it took too long to be served. I was there on a Saturday at 3pm, but even so, when you get your food almost a half hour after being seated, you lose me. The food was ok, but I probably won't go back.

We had a Great Time! Our server Marina in the bar was ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST! VERY KIND, CONCERNED AND MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING AT ALL TIMES! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARINA. One of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. The waitress was not friendly and my meal came out wrong. I sent my steak back because it was undercooked and it took about 10 minutes for it to be returned. When i finally got it back, it was burnt to a crisp. I would not return to this location whatsoever.

So far.....so good!
Having dinner right now here. Our dishes came out quickly. My salad was delicious. My son loved his mac and cheese and husband is loving his sampler plate. Servers are all very pleasant. Will come back again soon!!

Cold beer, great service, and good food. The steak was cooked to perfection. Josh was a very good waiter. We'll definitely be back.

I haven't been to this location until today. I had high hopes but they failed me. The service was horrible. They weren't too busy when I got there and was sat right away. But it took them 15 minutes to come and take my drink order. It took another 8 minutes to get my drink, finally. I seen two other tables get sat down after me and they took their order first, they also got their meal before me. My food was great and came out in a reasonable wait time, but I never got asked if I would like a refill on my drink. I hope it was just a bad day for them, but honestly I'm not sure if I would be back there any time soon.

I've been eating at TGI Friday's since I was very young, probably around 10 or so. I've been to this location several times and it is hands down the worst Fridays in the Valley. Every time that I've gone in here there has been either poor service or the place was understaffed. It was so bad recently that I had to report this issue to corporate. I would suggest going to the one on Canoga, which is usually a little better with regard to service.

Great service...enjoyed a glass of delicious Merlot the best half rack of ribs I have ever had!

Tonight we were out for a Beer, Burger and Fries with a friend.

The server was attentive and put up with our smart-alecky remarks. For that, she was well tipped.
Here's my grievance, we had to wait to be seated in a restaurant at 50% capacity. With that many customers the host should be by the front door ready to great guests and not serving tables.
Not enough to lose a star, unless it is a company policy.

Food is okay, but we keep having to wait for service when there are only about 4 parties of diners in here. They act like "why are you cutting into my time?" No wonder Indeed is always listing General Manager positions for this location. We only came at 10pm on a Monday because Island's was closing. Get it back together guys.

The (best) one of my favorite restaurant's #1 in my list everything is great and delicious happy hour are also awesome.

The worst dining experience!!!! Horrible service!! First, waiter got our drink orders wrong then we waited more than an hour still didn t get our dinner. It s Wednesday night and the place wasn t even busy. We left without dinner.

Came as a group of 9 and the food took an extremely long time to come out and when it did it was cold and completely different to what we ordered. I think only 2 of us actually got the right food. Instead of steak we got ribs and instead of chicken tenders the kids got battered prawn or something. It was that bad we genuinely thought they had just taken left over food off other plates.

Great place to take the wife and kids on mother's day. Customer service was great.

Service quality is what you would expect at most places that are similar. not bad but not excellent same for the quality of food. what they do have that I very much enjoy is Sunday all day happy hour. There is a god amount of seating area at the bar area with bar, boots and those maller high tablet to sit with a group of people and watch a sporting event. The place is decorated with random sport equipment and other memorabilia hanging from the walls. Most times I have visited this location I have order appetizers and I have enjoyed all of them. One thing that does come to mind is that the times I been there I have notice the floors feeling sticky and wet as you walk thru, not sure if there had been a spill or thats just the way they always are just found it odd that the times I visited I always noticed that.

I've gone here a couple times it's usually busy when I go but it's still great. The last time we went the server wasn't so good he kept going to the back and we wouldnt see him for a while but it was fine some one else ended up helping us.

I love it everytime I go, great food, service, and atmosphere.
