Not the best TGI Friday s experience I ve had at the Northridge location. My husband and I were seated in a reasonable amount of time during dinner hours (8:30 pm) on a Friday night. But after getting seated, it felt like we were practically invisible! We had at least 3 different servers walk by, look directly at us and just kept on going without so much as asking if we have been helped or offering us a beverage. We didn t have anything on our table, not even water. Trying to flag someone to stop and help was a challenge, so after about 10 minutes or so we got up and left. We told the hostess on our way out why we were leaving so that hopefully it wouldn t happen to the next guest at that station. We won t be going back there.
