The place was understaffed. We didn't have to wait for a table. We came in during halftime of the Golden State - Huston playoff game and we didn't get our food untill the 5 mins left of the 4th quarter. Our server was great though, he had many tables to attend too and still checked up on us several times and we didn't have to ask for refills on out drinks as he kept them full. The ribs were were good, the steak wasnt as good. The lobster was already cold by the time it came out.

Visiting reminded us why we don't go here. It wasn't bad just not really good, either. And our waitress seemed to wish she was somewhere else. Completely dismissive
I usually hate places like this, but the surprise was mine. Steak and lobster special was well-priced, cooked to perfection, and satisfying. Server Jessica was great. Clean, swift service. Well done!
Enjoyed brussel sprout appetizer with a nice med-rare top sirloin steak with a very tasty Jack Daniels sauce watching game 4 LA @ Chicago. Service ok being as crowded as it is.
The Friday at the Porter Ranch mall is the best Friday in So. California. Their food taste betters, staff are wonderful, very friendly place and lots of televisions for all us sports fans
Everything on the menu is always as you see it and taste is on point. Loving the whiskey glazes and items scattered throughout the menu. Those potatoe skins are not worth it sorry to say. Its the end of a potatoe hollowed out stuffed with cheese and sour cream. Refills on point along with drinks! Need to fix menus as they are falling apart. All in all service is fantastic and quick.
We enjoy eating here at TGIF as our local neighborhood restaurant. The. parking is easy, we and have never had a problem parking, as it is part of a larger shopping mall. The food is always good, the service good, the staff are friendly and the prices are just right. We like coming for their occasional specials and deals. Right now their having a $14.99 special, you get 2 proteins like a steak and salmon or steak and shrimp, plus a side of vegetables and baked or mashed potato. The best time to come is lunch time, no waiting, it s quieter, you don t feel rushed to finish and you can linger. Dinner time is another matter. We came here on a Friday at 4:40pm and the wait was about 5-10 minutes. By the time we left about an hour later, the restaurant was packed and the benches outside were all full with patrons waiting for a table. I don t know how long the wait time was for them, so I recommend coming early for dinner. We like their soups, the onion soup is especially good. We always order the flatbread as a appetizer, very good as well. Their portion size of their desserts are huge. We ordered the red velvet cake, so moist and yummy, to share between the two of us and we couldn t finish it. This is a great casual restaurant with good food, good service, and good prices. I highly recommended it.
This is the only Fridays that is horrible service terrible food and I go there off and on for years hoping it will be like all the other great TGI Fridays.
This location on Wednesday's has a magician go around and do magic tricks for free (tips if you'd like) food was good, service was nice. Not sure if magician's are at all locations but this one had it
Mayda was excellent and great server plus food is so fresh and yummy. Had steak n lobster and was so good. Our 2nd time here. Back ribs are good too. Great place.
Had a TGI Fridays Whiskey Glazed Burger and I really liked it. Great sauce. Plus the fries were really good too. Not too soft not to crispy sand flavorful. Would recommend to bff's or strangers to get this.
Always said that TGI Friday was the best americain restaurant ! LOL . It s not fancy, it s good food (americain food ...), good ambiance, staff friendly, good choice of beers and wine, great margaritas! Happy hours really make it a great deal to go! All day on sunday!
This place has the best happy hour on Sundays. $3 beers all day and half off appetizers. I'm spending way too much time here on Sundays, but I'm having a great time.
Great food and wonderful service. Our waitress Sarah was awesome. The manager was serving too...i personally believe that's an awesome quality in a leader.
The frist time I had it it was so delicious so yummy.... 2months later had it tonight for dinner with the family... Not that good. Buffalo wings for dry and not enough sauce. I had the fish and chips. The fish was dry and frys were cold and old tasting.... but give 3 stars beacuse family like there there...
Definitely this is food for a cheat day from working out. Very delicious and very determined to gain you a few pounds with no regrets. Lol Burgers have been what's been bringing people back to eat. Try for yourself.
If you're on this site looking for reviews of TGIF because you've never heard of this restaurant, well then choose a different restaurant or go in knowing this is an unsophisticated traditional American food source. You're a foreigner and want the true Americana experience. But if you're well aware of TGIF, then my review is that it's going to serve you what you expect. Some people would call it a tragedy, others a fun place to go and have OK food. Who are you? That's what you'll get.
Very pleased with the Happy Hour cocktails and food items. Plenty of regular menu food options. Certain dishes tend to be overly salty but a good hangout
Food was a disappointment ..... Better off going to Denny's! I ordered lobster and shrimp ....i got crawfish and shrimp thats not lobster! My wife was served spoiled broccoli and my daughter's chicken and shrimp was drowning in oil!!! I wanted to throw I life vest to the pasta! Lol.
Shout out to tatiana for being a great hostess ordered endless apps food took to long drinks extremely watery 30 minutes to get a new appetizer waiters could be a little friendlier and more interactive overall bad experience great beer specials however I came for food not alcohol
Service was a little slow at first, but the food made up for it ! Theyhave a deal for $14.99 where you can get two entrees for that price with 2 sides. We get 2 1/2 slabs of ribs for the $14.99 price. Great deal! Ribs are great!
I give this restaurant 6 Stars for the outstanding service we routinely receive from servers Alma and Claudia. Quite frankly, they are the only reason we regularly eat at this venue instead of several others in the shopping mall.
They welcome us with warmth, charm, and dignity. They remember our likes, dislikes, and quirks. And we appreciate them. Other places may have better food, but not service of this high standard.

One of my favorite spots. The food is awesome and my favorite desert is the famous Tennessee Whiskey Cake. To be honest I will come just for the cake. Now you are probably wondering why not five stars. Get ready to WAIT.
Food was all kinds of bad. Super salty fries, bread from my sandwich was stale, spinach dip was bad(pretty much just salt and cheese hardly any spinach), even drinks had so much more ice than actual drink(some summer cocktail)
I went to eat here last night around 12 am and the service was super rude. I understand people want to go home after their shift but it was an hour till close time. The second we set down he gave us attitude and said they were closing in 10 mins at this time it was 12:15 am. And he kept giving us attitude everytime he came to our table. Our food was honestly nasty they gave it to us in less than 10 mins. My steak was not cook well. I've always like to go to this specific TGI Fridays but after last night, I will never go back. Nor will anyone in my family.
First time here it is a little pricey but overall it was great! i had a full rack of ribs and guess what they were on special 14.99 i didnt like the idea that if i wanted better bbq sauce i need to pay extra but oh well no need the bbq was excellent, the limeade was very good the splash of lime was good! we also got the chicken bacon something sandwich it was a plus would definitely return! thank you for the excellent service
Very very slowwww service. Soup came out 30 mins after it was ordered 'cold' Half the things we ordered we didn't get or something else came instead I will not eat here again.
